Coco from Neutral Bay was amazing, first class customer service, highly recommend, set up phone and stayed back after closing to make sure phone transferred.

Ken and the team at Neutral Bay were so helpful in helping me set up a new Vodafone account. It was a tricky transfer from my old network provider for various reasons and they took the time to make it happen. Even set up my new IPhone for me, although I bought it somewhere else! So nice to still be able to find great customer service.

Went in to acquire a Pixel 7 Pro and trade in my old S10, Ken did an absolutely amazing job helping me set up the new phone and transfer my data and move to a new plan. The whole process was seamless and easy, thanks so much!

I went to the store with an issue, first response was to try to sell me a new phone. As that did not resolve the issue I was handed back my phone saying that they could not do anything. I then sat in the shop and rang vodafone who unable to solve the problem have committed to undertake a complete investigation.
I had a bad experience with this store when I bought the phone initially but wrote it off as a one-off.
Do not let the attitude at this store reflect on Vodafone as their dial up assistance is first class.

Just terrible. Was waiting for them to open at 9am, which is a fairly late start time anyway for a weekday. At 9: 09am the shop was still not open. How hard is it to show some respect to loyal customers and open on time when a person's mobile phone is critical to them working at this time especially? I think I"m going to Optus.

Really good service I had in Vodafone Neutral Bay shop. The staff give me a good deal so I transfer all my family member from Telstra and they helped me to transfer the data as well. They have a lot of accessories for the phone in the shop. I will definitely visit the shop next time. I will give 5 star rated. Highly recommend!

Did not provide full information when I signed up for service and I ended up getting charged a bunch of costs when I ended service that I was told I wouldn’t be charged by the people in the store. When I spoke to a rep on the phone they said the store had misinformed me but there was nothing they could do.

Terrible experience. Bought a new Iphone 11 for my wife. We were advised that a $220 trade in for our old phone would be deducted from the first monthly bills. After going through the entire process and were about were about to walk out the door shop assistant 'Ken" (obviously not his real name) walked over with the old phone and said they would not accept it because of a perceived screen issue. The phone had been presented and checked by another employee who checked details, memory, presentation etc and had taken it. So I said that I found it unreasonable for them to change the deal after the process had been agreed on. Ken then suggested that perhaps I had damaged the phone between ordering the new one and coming in (2 days) later and was trying to dupe them. When I asked him if he was accusing me of that he backtracked. I then said that considering the bad faith that they were exhibiting I will not continue the transaction. 'Ken' very rudely told me that the deal was done and he would not take the phone and we would be charged the full amount and there was nothing he or we could do about it. Our original contact 'Dean' was not there and had not contacted us to tell us he would not be attending as he promised. My wife was really excited about her new phone and the whole eperience was ruined. I took the phone to the local repair shop and the guy was happy to pay me the full amount for the phone. The screen issues were just scratched on the screen protector as I had insisted they were.

The customer service was really poor. I was trying ask some questions but he was really rude and his attitude sucks, his only thing in mind was to rip me off. Better not to be around that store.

Worst service there an ugly asian lady name Alice is the rudest person iv ever encountered not only she’s rude but just pushy and bad customer service skills why managers hire these people I’ll never understand!

Service there is a joke. I do not recommend this store to anyone and every time I need to go there I'm more inclined to cancel my Vodafone plan.

Three out of four times I've been there, I experienced poor communication skills, difficulty to pull up my plan details, lack of knowledge about Vodafone services, lack or experience in customer service, just to say the minimum.
Too bad that the first time I was so lucky to be attended by the only person there who seems to know what she's doing.

Great service, went out of their way to help and ensure everything got done right. Very child friendly which is a welcoming delight. Staff respected all, young and old, and did their best to help at all times. I admire any good business owner in the current market of stiff regulations, small margins and ever-more demanding customers who seem to operate more with good intentions to give back to the community rather than make a large profit.

Never had worse customer support. We agreed on a specific price for a monthly option, but the full price was subtracted from my bank account every month. After asking an employee, she said she had no time and she promises to call back. She never did. Overall my experience of that employee was that she is only focusing on outcome and not customer satisfaction. Would go to another branch if possible.
