They have been a part of the Mosman community for years and the results speak for themselves. Whether you are looking for a new phone or an upgrade, then I would highly recommend them. You will be looked after very well always.

Friendly and professional service from Sam. My wife and I have visited the area, from the UK a number of times and Sam has always sorted us out with a prepaid mobile SIM. We are now here on imigrant visas and naturally turned to Sam to sort us out with a phone service. We are pleased with the recommended option and the flexibility to change it as our requirements change (The option has unlimited calls to UK, this will be less useful in the future) We will certainly recommend Vodafone Mosman.

Sam is FANTASTIC. He helped me so much with a difficult issue with my NBN when I moved house. Sam did not have to help me as much as he did, it was an NBN problem I was experiencing but he was so thoughtful and kind. I have never experienced such amazing service - truly five star. I can trust Sam to help with my internet or my phone. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Vodaphone Mosman - Sam is caring, honest and reliable.

Rob saved me $1800 by repairing a screen for 1/2 the cost quoted by Apple & guaranteeing the repair for 2 years! What’s better the repair took less that 1/2 an hour. Always get great service from Rob & Sam, can’t recommend them highly enough.

My iPhone died after it got wet whilst on a walk. I live in NZ so wasn’t sure where to go. I took it into Vodafone shop at Mosman Junction and Sam who is one of the owners spend around two hours helping me. He was incredible! He bought me a coffee and then took the phone apart and dried and checked every function and component. His level of care was incredible. He fixed the phone when the two other shops I had called from my friends mobile prior said there was nothing that could be done. He refused to take any payment and was such a genuine and kind guy. I wish you every success Sam and highly recommend him and his business.

I met Sam, a very warm and welcoming gentleman. He helped me to update my account details, upgrade my plan at no extra cost which was surprising and get a new Phone in less than 20 minutes! No waste of time, no confusions or anything like that. Highly recommended store.

Was plotting out of Optus into Vodafone and Sam was super helpful. I had multiple hurdles from Optus and Sam patiently guided me through all to expedite the process.
