Overall is good. Service quality is not stable. Like Alex, sometimes he’s very helpful and friendly, but sometimes he ignore your questions and not pay attention to details.

Firtst tme to this place, I end up to upgrade my phones and tablet. Richard look after me very well and nicely to update my Vodfone account and getting discount as my entitlement. All done without any hassle.

I went into the shop during a time when I needed a quick turnaround and the need to walk out of the shop with a new phone and plan that day. Well, despite another comments I haven’t had any problem.
It is not perfect but they try hard to fit your needs. Really enthusiastic team. Much better than a few other Vodafone stores recently visited.

As a customer service centre, it is common sense and manner that you have to take shower and brush teeth before you start serve customers. I went there in the morning and spoke to one of the male staff, he had terrible breath. I had to hold myself for a while and his hair was messed. Also When i asked for the prepaid and the phone i had no ideas if he was with me or not

The service and absolutely great deal that the manager provides was excellent, ask for Kevin Teo, the shop owner, his is very professional, understanding and go steps further to made good valuable deal to look after his customers, I highly recommend my friends to come to the shop if they want to signup, renew or upgraded phone contract.
