The best Vodafone store and the retail team do an amazing job. Special call out to Xavier, who helped me with a new iPhone 15 pro max within 30 mins while the customer care process took more than a month. Well done guys!
Many thanks to Mirna of the Campbelltown mall store who stopped what she was doing to assist me in the removal of my sim and sd card from my old Samsung phone and insertion into the new one I bought but not from her store. Her customer focus is exemplary and I feel Vodafone should commend her. Great customer service and I recommend this store to any potential telephony customers
Sammy helped me when I was very distressed and explained everything to me and assisted and had my problem sorted in less than 15 minutes.

If I can have a choice to give 0star I will. Sam from campbelltown mall was very very very rude and disrectpectful and hung up on us couple of times. Made our life hell just to transfer our number from another provider when the other provider said it’s possible and even Vodafone customer service said it is possible.
Absolutely love this store, sam is absolutely the best, he goes above and beyond every time, always helpful, polite and is a great asset to Vodafone.

Thomas was friendly and approachable. He was able to explicitly go through my plans to check if there was any alternatives to ensure I had the best outcome. Thomas displayed a manner which allowed me to feel that he takes customer service seriously.
