Vodafone Balmain Rozelle

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to technology but when I came in looking for a new phone Noah helped me out with the most delightful and kind help I have ever received at a store like this. I couldn't possibly express how pleased I am with the customer service in one review and I will be highly recommending this store to any of my friends and family in the future and urge people to check it out!

Recently visited Vodafone Balmain and was welcomed energetically and helpfully by Noah, He answered all of my queries and helped pick the right thing for me. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Vodafone are rubbish. Plus they charge hidden fees on their plans. My supposed $80 a month is always $95 a month and no one at Vodafone has tried to assist me. I doubt anything is even recorded correctly besides their made up finances owed. 0/5.

Rip off.

I have to say, my customer experience today was great from start to finish. James was working by himself and was with a customer when I walked it and gave me the courtesy in saying it will be about a 10 minute wait until I could be served.

I could tell he had been under the pump all day and he looked a bit stressed but once he freed up to serve me he got me into a new plan and a new phone very promptly. He even went out of his way to set up my new phone which took some extra time.

Old school customer service is hard to come by, so I recommend visiting James for any of your phone needs

HUGE thank you to James - He was definitely this mum’s superhero this morning. His customer service skills are incredible; and he beautifully handled a busy store (very hot, multiple customers, and phone ringing off the hook) - making sure that everyone received a salutation. Let’s be real…no one really looks forward to a trip to the mobile store…. James makes it fun and more than bearable. Keep delivering “+1 customer service, ” well done and thank you!

Best service ever with a telco! Jake was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable and made the transition from Telstra to Vodafone a breeze (and his service and the package more than justified making the switch). I dread dealing with these services but this was a no hassle, easy transaction and I never felt bamboozled or conned.

James and his team are the epitome of client service excellence. I have never experienced such genuine, consistent, capable and attentive responsiveness. Their knowledge and efficiency are also second to none. James even provided assistance when I was having trouble shooting technical issues outside of my mobile phone plan with Vodafone. I cannot rate James and his team highly enough. If you live in Balmain there is nowhere else you should go for telecoms support, service and plans.

James and his team are absolute legends who go above and beyond to help their customers. I was lucky enough to find James about 15 years ago and have been so thankful for the support not only for my personal phones over the years but also for my business. If you ever need help with a phone or a plan don’t go anywhere else!

Best phone shop in Sydney. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They helped setup my new phone and made sure I was on the right plan. Highly recommended and I would never go anywhere else.

I have being to a lot of mobile services stores ie. Telstra, Optus and Vodafone stores.and being an ex-principle dealership myself for Hutchison Telecom/Orange i do understand and know that customer service is very important. Some customer service out there are horrible, others just average, others okay.but this Vodafone Partner Balmain just blow my mind away, seriously i am speedless! Why? The owner plus his young gun staff of Vodafone Balmain are here to help you. They are friendly and know how to talk to people with respect.respect is definitely lacking these days in the service industry.i actually purchased a mobile sim device from them today, on taking it home.the reception was very poor and it drop out.i am disappointed that there is no service on Vodafone where i live.the Manager at Vodafone Balmain is a very understanding person and was able to refund my money back in full with a smile on his face.he wasn't angry or anything because he lost a sales.its like if he can service you, he is happy and that's what i got out from my experience today at Vodafone Balmain.highly recommend everyone to check this store out, if they are busy you have to be patience but they will service your needs with gladness!

I’ve been with Vodafone for 16 years and 12 of those years I’ve had the wonderful expertise and knowledge of James helping me every step of the way. His advice and kindness has been nothing short of excellent. It makes my drive from the Sutherland Shire to Balmain definitely worth the trip to have him help me out with whatever my need my be. Do yourself a favour and get in there to not only see him but his staff are wonderful too.

Just left Vodafone unfortunately because of negligible coverage here in Mascot where I’ve moved, but wanted to take the opportunity to commend James and his team for absolutely outstanding customer service for many years. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will miss these guys. - Rob
