42I went here today to upgrade my phone. I got served by Wilson. He was a very nice bloke and really took the time to provide excellent service. He was so helpful, for which I’m most appreciative. His colleagues also provided great assistance. Highly recommended:)
Charged multiple times for an order I cancelled and never collected. Situation ongoing after four months.
Luck of the draw in terms of helpfulness but all staff are incompetent at resolving issues, probably given their procedures are stuck in a 1970s fever dream of conspiracy pin boards and thread.
Long story:
I ordered a new iPhone which had a delay which was extended for two months, so I called to cancel the order. The phone staff offered a faster delivery, which I declined. Instead of cancelling the order, they shipped it (instantly - somehow the delay disappeared *after* cancellation?) and said to RTS. The phone went to the store, despite several store visits I was told "we don't have it". I was then charged for the device and service. When I went to the store, an unfriendly staff member with an allergy to apologies said it had not been delivered. I found an email from the courier advising it *was* delivered. The smile-allergy sufferer then searched for two minutes in the backroom and found it - their Vodafone system was not updated with the courier info. The team member then told me I received a text - which I showed didn't exist. After 12+ calls and 6+ store visits, including an over 2 hour phone call trying to speak to a supervisor, after three months I got my refund. I then received another bill in January which was allegedly cancelled.
Helpful tip - I'm pretty sure phone staff are not allowed to disconnect the call, so if you go full Karen and demand to speak to a supervisor and refuse to disconnect the call when they have a 2-hr wait to talk to one (likely a lie, no supervisor materialized) you may get your refund for the service you didn't activate or use.
Erik was awesome he listened carefully to what i wanted and came up with a new plan and phone to suit my needs 10/10
In store service was good. But then looking to ring the shop to follow up was impossible. They don't have a store phone! Seems strange a phone store has no phone!
Wonderful experience. The assistant Young help me to sign up and upgrade my nbn plan, such as excellent service! Provide professional support and strong knowledge skill. Good job!
Young is really professional and patient staff. He services 3 of us by the same time, but he solve our problem perfectly.
Erik, the team member who helped me was AMAZING! So patient, kind and helpful. He has a great attitude for sales and is an asset to your company. I think Erik is outstanding. I have worked in customer service for 35yrs and would hire Erik in a heartbeat.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never pick up call. Claim we are busy
Landline was on silent when i called them in the store to check. Attending chinese customers first although we went in first. Vodafone does nothing can see so many complaints. Nothing changes.
The customer service was really bad. The team member was very impatient and nwas trying to look after many customers at the same time and not making the customer feel valued. He was dealing with someone from his own country and having his conversation. This is really bad that the company staffs are not taking good care of the customer. After waiting for 20 mins long you get your turn and then you are not being taken care.
Overall it was worst experience I have ever had. I would never visit Vodafone “Chatswood” again.

Beware the hidden fees
Attitude of the retention team is disgraceful. They don't listen and reply with smart rude comments.
They read from a script.
Do not use this company so many other providers with better service.

Eric quickly and courteously solved my technical issue at the Vodafone store at Level 4, Chatswood Westfield.
There is an absolute need to maintain physical stores with real people.
The previous day I spent hours on the phone attempting to get a brand new SIM to work by contacting customer support lines and technical support lines. Everything was okay they said.
However the service I ordered via an online-only promotion would not work.
In a few minutes Eric confirmed the brand new SIM was faulty, replaced it, reconfigured my account, installed and tested the replacement SIM all at no charge.
Erik looked after me. Erik is a very personable assistant.helpful and methodical. Vodafone Chatswood five stars.
They have innovative ways to handle issues faced by customers.
‘’I’m sorry about it’’ is all they offer when promises made by them are not delivered and yet money is charged and deducted from customer.
Avoid going to the store In Chatswood- look for any other store.
Vodafone has been my mobile provider for many years. Recently I upgraded my mobile and due to communication misunderstandings the wrong phone was delivered. The seal on the outer box was broken (and I was informed by some chap in India that I should have checked the model number on the outside prior to breaking the seal). The phone was still wrapped in shrink wrap packaging and has not been touched. No help from anywhere - India or Australia - have had to refer the matter to the Telecommunications Ombudsman and the Australian Competition and Comsumer Commission. I'll not allow Vodafone to run 'ruff shode' over me. Any similar complaints?
I was served by Ray. One of the best customer service experiences I had in a Vodafone shop. He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Also, he answered our questions straight away. We got our new devices and updated our data plans for a better deal in a breeze. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Ray!:)

I’m not into telecommunications shops… in fact I actively dislike them! Then I met Eric at Vodafone in Westfield Chatswood. He would have to be the most patient customer service person EVER. He spent a lot of time patiently solving my problem. Thank you Eric and anyone looking for a phone or plan head to Vodafone in Chatswood and look out for Eric. You will be very pleased you did!

Dropped by here to enquire about an upgrade a few months ago, I go past here often and the lady that served me before seems to still be employed, did not get the typical asian server as what the comments were saying but I did get served by an asian girl that spoke full english, but left me empty handed as the upgrade option she given me was way too expensive, I diddnt really care much on sales push but her not giving me any other options in upgrading seems very lacking in product knowledge! ALL OPTIONS WERE ONLINE AND READY IN THEIR OWN STORES! I had a better plan offered by chatting online and waiting an extra 3 weeks which was well worth it even an online staff was offering me Loyalty Discount Not paying an extra arm and leg on options I dont need! This store needs better sales staff!
