10 I got a message from Vodafone today telling ME my PLAN will be going up $5.00
PER MONTH
MAYBE ITS TIME TO LOOK AROUND.
Experience at the downstairs store was shocking.
That bad it took 3 visits and I still couldn't spend money.
Staff were useless and at one point the young guy told me I would get better service at the Optus store.
Upstairs Vodafone store was awesome.
Excellent service today. My phone charging jack was no longer charging. You guys took the phone to the back of the store cleaned out the lint from the jack…. 5 mins no charge, great service.
Can't believe this store is still open. The staff here are rude and very unwelcoming. Everything seems to hard for them.
Go to the Vodafone store near Big W. Their service is outstanding! Marisa is wonderful!
When I switched from optus to Vodafone in 2018, this was the store that I went to. Since then I have upgraded my device, and come when needed to query my account. The staff are always really friendly and knowledgable. I find they are honest with what they do/dont know and are always keen to help where they can. I always walk out with my issue resolved first time, which lets be honest, for any utility provider is a rate experience.
Great Team - Deep, Brendan left no stone unturned to help me when I had a problem with my Apple Watch. Secured me a new watch in a few days and set the whole thing up for me. Excellent! Rob
If you are looking to arrange a new iPhone 12 pro with Vodafone I would suggest against this. When approaching the staff member he gave an indication this would be delivered within 3 weeks. Showed the approximate delivery dates on screen and set up the plan to start charging from this month. It is now approaching the 3rd week, I have already been charged for the plan with no phone and the current indication is January 7th which is 12 weeks from the original order. The salt in the wound is a colleague ordered this at the same time as myself and has already received her handset. Do not trust the staffs "indications" it does feel as this was a sales technique to sign me up.
I tried to call this number and the guy was from a platform. He wanting to give me the phone number of Vodafone shop but take almost 10min to find it. I was joking on him and found the number in only 2min by internet. Why it is so long to find a phone number to our own company. Anyway not very helpful!
I was ignored when i walked in, the staff are rude and they don't care about customers. Worst vodafone store i have ever been into!
My analysis of Vodafone's customer service initially led me to believe the customer service from a pigeon delivery service would be of a higher calibre. All I needed was the simple task of having the phone number reverted back to my name from Snowboard's name so I could get a sim plan sorted with Optus (far superior plans). Took my old boss in to a store to fill out forms, I filled out my own forms and then was advised by the very proud of her title of Business Manager that this would be AOK and processed in 48hrs. 126hrs later Business Manager called, I had filled out the old incorrect form and now had to come in or have emailed new forms that would require myself to go through a credit check. No worries. Business Manager advised this would all be sorted in 24hrs. 72hrs later, the old company no longer in operation or myself an employee, Business Manager texts with a 1300 number saying they couldn't process my request and she did not know why but I would find out if I called the 1300.1300 robot took ten mins to get to someone and then advised they couldn't help me in this department so here's another who said they couldn't help without my old boss's security access code, something he provided when we went in to store. It took me telling the guy off and hanging up for him to decide to sort it out, called me ten minutes later "we were disconnected, " and "let me sort that for you. " It was now sorted and I now have a Vodafone account for the next 15mins while I go to Optus. Hideous experience - but what I learned is if you have a tantrum and when all seems impossible some guy in a call centre on the other side of the world may just sort it out for you. I also learned why Vodafail managed to get its nickname. Manage your customer's experience people, stop passing the buck!
