Unfortunately Vodafone is not good at all. If you don't want to get upset stay well away from Vodafone. To many negative things to list.

Not able to place or receive calls since Monday 23/8/21. Getting told Vodafone tried to ring me, why, as the reason I contacted them was that I can't receive or make calls. Very frustrating as no service at stores due to COVID-19

I've been with Vodafone at this shop for a while and they just give a great service. They give very clear info on the contracts I've had/got with them and all the staff know what they are talking about. Absolutely recommend this store and just got a new Galaxy s21 and got a great deal. Thanks Vodafone Westfield Tuggerah.

Manager rude at this shop, I can't get through on the phone with Vodafone at this time, I've already spoke to tech support, an they told me what to do, but the manager had a rude attitude, spoke like I was trying to just get a new phone, didn't speak to me until he had my phone an continued to flick through it, Otook my phone back an walked out, I'm a career for a elderly gentleman an women an I need a working phone, Ive been with Vodafone for a long time, am this phone was sold to me not working properly, $600 for a phone that doesn't ring, I needed customer support an I didn't get it, he proceeded to walk away to the back room where he come from, I was upset at this stage an said "yeah go an have another coffee, he said it was his lunch break, it was 12.30, they opened at 10, God knows what the 3 of them do all day as you can't ring the shop, they were all just playing on their phones, lucky them, 1 of them had already said they were dead, I was the only customer, and not 1 of them have me time of day

Manager Bailey very bad attitude, doesn’t care customer at all, never stand with customer, all he can say is “ I will ask you for leave. ” Really hurt 12years loyal customer

Went in to do an upgrade at the downstairs Vodafone next to Cotton On. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Said they couldn’t order me a Vodafone tv in store as I didn’t have an account setup, would also not sell me a $2 sim so I could setup an account very dissatisfied with the service I received instore
