The service at Vodafone Winston Hills store is exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A very positive experience. Yasser and his college were wonderful.

Yasser at Winston Hills store is pretty amaizing and professional. We went to the store with a basic details in hand and he explained all technical and $$ aspects of the offers available and came up with a plan which is quite surprising and worthy. Have been with Vodafone for a long time under my parents plan, but December last year got my own phone and plan to pay for was told it couldn't be put under my name as I don't have any credit history but I could still pay for it - that's okay I understand.

Was told by the gentlemen that served us that after 3-6 months I could bring in bank statements to prove that I was paying for the phone and we could put the phone in my name rather than mums.

Came in at the end of last month (April) ready with bank statements and asked the lady and she said yep lets do the credit test/assessment again - started the assessment and it seems she misunderstood me so I explained to her what I wanted and she said no it is not possible to change the holder of the account as I haven't fully paid off the phone yet and that my phone will now have to stay under my mothers name until the phone is payed off.

Honestly it's not a huge deal but I am almost 20 now and would like for these things to be in my own name and not have to take my mum with me to fix issues up because she is the account holder so if you have one worker telling you one thing and another one telling you something completely different you can understand that this is a bit frustrating.

Teach your employees the same information so that they don't mislead customers! Quite disappointed as I will now have to bring mum along for any sort of changes made to the account or issues that need to be fixed!

I found Sandy to be delightfully helpful & combined with the male they managed to get the new phone connected & at no charge & no pressure to get a plan or similar. I'd certainly go back if any other problem arose. First class service & with a smile

I was ready to spend 1900 on a new phone but didn’t received any help with my questions felt i was a nuisance SHAIL didn’t take their head out of their computer screen and he was really rude. He is arrogant too

Wanted to say a big thank you to Shail the new store Manager at Winston Hills he was amazing and explained everything to me and I will definately be back to upgrade my phone this week. He helped me with my sons phone and can’t thank him enough
