We always come to this store because all the staff are friendly and helpful, they always help you even a small phone problem, highly recommended this store if you live in Eastern suburbs.

Really arrogant and bad service, I was looking to buy a phone and pay the whole amount upfront but he kept insisting that I could not because of my visa duration, I had to repeat for more than 5 times to make him to listen that I would be paying 100% of the phone price upfront… maybe Vodafone needs a better front employees, the ones that listen to understand and not only to arrogantly reply

All the staff are very helpful and professional! They understand what I need give me the best suggestions and organise everything on the new phone, very satisfying, always great service

No customer service, serving several people at the same time. Didnt introduce the plans details and just said the prices.
