Will never use Vodafone again. Your staff told me I could get free screen protector replacement if I added it to my plan and will now not replace. I’ve been paying top dollar for a screen protector that is no longer on my phone and not able to be replaced. Also, your staff do not cancel insurance on old phone when you upgrade, been paying double insurance for months. Vodafone ripping customers off at every chance!

After visiting the Charlestown branch a number of times to find the right deal for my phone. The staff made me feel that my business was appreciated and found best deal for me and not the best deal for Vodafone. Staff could answer all the technical questions without hesitation.

Store was fairly busy when visiting, regardless was greeted when I entered and served promptly. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable helped me with everything I needed. Was served by Sahrah she truly went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. She made me feel like an important and valued customer even though it was my first time visiting this store.

Staff were very helpful with my billing enquiries and were very knowledgeable when I had questions about my account and current plan.
