The crispy chicken in this store is one of the best I've ever tasted. The noodle soup is average, but it's better value for money. The waiter's attitude is average.

EDIT: so I actually came back here after four years and was quite pleased with our meals. The pho was pretty solid as the soup was really nice and the vegetables they provided were fresh. The entree and other dish was good but not as good as the pho. The drink however was the let down as it tasted really watered down and somewhat sour. Still remains a 4 star in 2024.

Came here for dinner on a Saturday evening and I was satisfied with my experience but was disappointed that at around 6ish, they had already sold out of pho. Technically was considering giving three stars but gave them the benefit of the doubt.
The place is clean and the service was alright. Prices are not too bad and the quality of the food is standard. May go back to check out the pho to make proper judgement.

Pretty good crispy skin chicken in Strathfield that turned out to be a better choice than most Viet places outside of Cabra/Bankstown. An upsized bowl of pho is satisfyingly large. Their soup broth is clean and rich without relying on hoisin or fish sauce.

Don’t order their beef pho! ! ! Very salty, like a pound of salt! I drank it all after taking one bite! But the crispy chicken wings they delivered when ordering from Uber were delicious. One code equals one code, can you stop putting so much salt in the soup?

I ordered Uber eats this evening because I was very unwell and my delivery arrived incorrectly. I had a lot of difficulty contacting Uber but when I rang vn city they were very polite and sent my food again with free spring rolls very quickly. The food was incredible and the service was very professional. I wish you many blessings for success for your good deed. Many thanks Your good deed did not go unnoticed.

We tried Suger cane prawn, and if we compared it with another Vietnamese restaurant, the food is not that good.
It’s overpriced and surprisingly they even charge $1 for a takeaway box.

Everything was ok except when we ordered fried rice, the food was off, not fresh, maybe one of the ingredient was not fresh. When we told the staff they did nothing. They didn't care. Disappointed. Will not go again.

Fresh and very delicious food, staffs are professional. All area are cleaned and compact. Really recommend if you want to have one of the best Vietnamese food in Sydney. Fried chicken is so good

Came here today with my angel, loved the combination pho and vermicelli combination. We will definitely come back to try other menus!

Good spot for Vietnamese cuisine. I recommend Pho, pork chop with egg and broken rice. The crispy chicken is also nice with egg noodles.
The only thing is the service. The staff needs to be more attentive. I was sitting near the door and very hard to call them from this far end. I was waiting for 10mins if someone would go and ask if i was ready to order but ended up waving and waiting again.
No complaint for everything else. Still be my go-to spot for warming food. ️

This was my favourite place for broken rice for years, until yesterday. The rice was so sticky, but that is not a problem until i tried the meat it was so plain even with the fish sauce because that was plain too. I hope next time i would be better like usual.

Had a great meal at VN City, with spring rolls, sliced chicken, beef noodle soup and dumplings, friendly and fast service too. Definitely coming back!

Nice food but portions are a bit small. You don’t get too much drop noodles and egg noodles which is a shame. The crispy chicken is nice but a bit bland. It needs some salt.

When they first opened, I was disappointed by the quality and taste but they have much improved!
Now the food tastes like how good viet restaurant should really offer!

Our go too veintamese noodle soup place with the upsize option the bowl is massive the broth is delicious with what ever combination you decide. Prices are actually reasonable for the quality of food Will always go there for a awesome noodle soup especially in winter! Highly recommend it

Really good quality Vietnamese food. Always fresh. Busy restaurant at meal times. If you like Asian then you will enjoy your meal here.

- The most lousy Crispy chicken wings I have tasted ever.
- Pho noodles good.
- Hainan chicken good.
- Staffs are attentive. But customer service can be improved.
- Street parking, or park in the nearby Wollies and walk.
- Price is just fair.
