Every single moment in Vixen made me feel welcomed, heard, and appreciated. Rachael was absolutely brilliant, and I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Rach, you’re a lifesaver!

Rach, was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also informative with the process. She took the time to explain what we were going to do, and gave a quote on the spot. Rach and the rest of the team made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked in to ensure i had everything I needed.

The salon itself was clean, well-organized, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. Could add some more Taylor swift to the playlist though ;)

When it came to the actual styling, Rach demonstrated her expertise and skill. She executed the colour and styling flawlessly, providing me with a refreshed look that exceeded my expectations as usual. I left the salon feeling confident and satisfied with the final result as always.

I would highly recommend vixen hair design to anyone in need of a professional and exceptional hairdressing experience. The staff's attention to detail, excellent customer service, make it the best salon on the central coast.

Rachael was incredible, booked in for a shampoo, cut and blow-dry and I’m obsessed with the results! Definitely will be coming back here again, I’ve had multiple people tell me how healthy my hair looks now:)

I don’t usually leave reviews but i have to say I had an absolutely lovely experience with Rachael! She gave me a gorgeous cut and took time to chat about any concerns I had with the health of my hair which ended in some expert advice. Will be returning:)

I needed someone to really understand and care what I wanted to do with my hair. Nicola was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair now looks. Very professional, kind and such a great vibe from all staff. I’ve found a new hairdresser

I had a horrible experience somewhere more local to me where they had over highlighted my hair and was so unflattering. I booked in to see Rachael a couple weeks later to see if she can fix it. (I've been in before and loved the results but was too far for me to travel to) Rachael and the team were so understanding and empathetic. Rachael listened to my concerns and I felt like I could trust her to fix what the other salon had done. I left feeling so much better about my hair and I know why I make the effort to travel far to this salon! It's worth it. Reasonably priced for the results and all staff really care. Highly recommend!

I went in to Vixen for a hair cut and shampoo on 1 December 2022. The girl who cut my hair was named Rachel. I gave her a picture of the haircut I wanted, which was a pixie style hair cut. The haircut did not turn out and took a long time. Rachel arranged for me to come in Tuesday 6 December. I went in to fix the previous haircut and have the roots touched up and cover my grey. Rachel attempted to fix my hair and made it worse. I paid $82 on the first visit and $173 on the second visit and had the worst experience and hair cut ever! Very depressing as this is a lot of money to me.

Welcoming and beautiful place to ‘visit’. I had shampoo, cut and blow dry and it was great. Rachael was amazing and she has magical fingers (that head massage!). She listened to what I wanted and executed while offering some recommendations.
Will recommend and go back!

I had a bad hair cut previously from another salon and these lovely ladies took the time and their best effort to help fix it for me. I left the salon super happy and confident. I can't thank them enough!

Had my hair cut for the first time in 8 years today. I hacked off 14" of my own length during covid due to the pain it was causing me so needless to say it looked horrible. But the girls at Vixen did a wonderful job fixing my poor hair. They took their time and where able to make me feel very comfortable (i was nervous having my hair done). She made me very comfortable to ask for any corrections to the cut to make sure i was happy with the end result. They even tolerated my 2 young kids spinning out of control

I had a fantastic first experience with Vixen. From previous experience I know having such a drastic change (brown hair to blonde) can be daunting, but Ash was great - reassuring, professional and obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend and already looking forward to my next appointment!

Nicola has been my hairdresser for many years now & her new salon is amazing! I recently had some stick in hair extensions done for the first time and the quality is great - far better than any other extensions I've purchased. Highly recommend Vixen!

Got my hair cut, coloured and got tape extensions put in for thickness and length and it looks so natural and amazing. Will never trust anyone else with my hair:)
