I have been attending vitality therapies for acupuncture for nearly a year with Kristi-Anna. She is absolutely amazing and has helped with a range of women’s health, fertility and mechanical difficulties I have had - I couldn’t recommend her more!

I’ve been seeing Kristi-Anna for massage and acupuncture for the last couple of months and feel a huge benefit already. I had chronically tight upper back and shoulders causing headaches, the frequency of which has greatly reduced since starting treatment. Everyone is lovely, easy to communicate with and super professional. Highly recommend!
