I love training here! All the staff are friendly and passionate about fitness. They are approachable and fun, and help you achieve your goals! The personal training is excellent.
Great place, Great and supportive team. You can access the gym at anytime with the tag, good for those who have odd hours. Would highly Recommend!
I have been training with Vita on and off for many years now. She is very professional and very experienced but also makes it lots of fun. Can't recommend Vitality enough!
This is a great family friendly gym. They offer cardio, weights, Crossfit, Kids Crossfit, bootcamp and personal training, so all training styles and needs are catered for. The owners are very helpful, friendly and attentive and the other patrons are friendly and don't hog the machines or make you feel uncomfortable, which I have experienced in other gyms. There is a real sense of teamwork here and you can see that the atmosphere is conducive to goal setting and celebrating success. I highly recommend this gym if you want a personal experience. Personally I find the local 24 hour gyms have no soul or personality. This place definitely does!
