Brilliant service! I tried a few Apple approved centres before finding these guys - each one making me feel like they didn't really want to help me. The service people I dealt with here were all really friendly, helpful and professional.and the service turn around was impressive. I live in Rushcutters Bay so Warriewood wouldn't be the most obvious place to go but I'm really pleased I made the effort.and would definitely do so again.

Vital well and truly went above and beyond to get my repairs turned around in a very very quick timeframe due to me needing my computer for a job a couple of days later.
On top of this they have always been my go to when wanting to upgrade my equipment.

Took my phone in for water damage
Paid for it and claimed they fixed
I went back to tell them the same problem is happening from when I first got water damage
Then they tried to say it might be the screen but I knew it wasn’t
They claim that they did all they could but said I took the calculated risk of fixing a water damaged phone
If you advertise you fix water damage that’s what I think I’m paying for,
The guy was condescending and saying there’s no guarantees in life, and said this would’ve all been explained when I brought the phone in, which was a lie, he said soo many things can happen to a phone when water damage happens
They only told me this after they had taken my money with me thinking my phone was repaired
I took my phone where I got my screen repaired n they said they had to clean a lot of residue that BROOKVALE vital periferal claimed they had done all they can, and there was no issue with the screen
Soo basically in the end I wasted money on a repair they advertise they can do, and turned the blame on me, disgusting customer service

I would recommend fone king they explained they don’t do water damage as it has to be sent away parts have to sit in a solution and even then it’s not a guarantee the phone would be repaired
This was never explained to me at BROOKVALE
They took my phone details n said they would call wen repaired soo I could pick it up, now I see how they take money frm innocent people
Will never ever deal with them again

These guys are GREAT for professional fast Apple service & repairs. I took my Macbook air into get the trackpad repaired in the morning and was so surprised I got a call saying it was fixed and ready to go 2 hours later. Brilliant! Very friendly and easy to deal with. I will be going back for sure and thoroughly recommend this business and service.
