I recently had the pleasure of using the services at Visionary health compounding phatmacy and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and customer service I received. First time I walked in I was greeted with genuine friendliness and by very helpful and knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to assist me and make things as easy as possible. Every time since then I have had a similar experience. I would highly recommend Visionary Health.

Highly attentive and caring staff. Catherine took the time to listen, take notes and really understand my health concern. To feel acknowledged and heard when experiencing illness is important and that’s exactly what Catherine offered me. The wholistic approach to care that Visionary Health provides is refreshing, practical, highly personalized, professional and sincere. Very much recommended.

After ten years of suffering from fibromyalgia I finally found somebody who is helping me to get better on long term by getting to the roots of my problem. Other healthcare practitioners were always just trying to keep the pain under control (with no much success) and telling me that there have not been enough research done yet on my condition to cure it.
After I talked with Sarah from Visionary Health, she suggested a therapy and after only 4 weeks I feel amazingly better. The constant pain and inflammation and the brain fog are all gone. I still have occasional short remission but in general I can walk and work and think without struggle again. I feel like a miracle has happened. Good and easy service, they seemed to have the compounds that so many other pharmacies didn’t have in Newcastle.

Love this place always have my thyroid script filled there and they are the first people I ring when I can't get in to see my naturopath. Very knowledgeable and friendly

I recall having an appointment here while in the Newcastle area. The person I saw just yelled and degraded me during my appointment. When I told him I was taking no medication, he yelled at me even more. It was absolutely unprofessional. They have no concept of bedside manners. I strongly recommend to stay away from this business.

I was so happy I found this place, finding any where that knows about what I have and making creams that could work plus adding extra information is such an amazing help that I will eternally be grateful for. The staff are kind, patient, friendly, take all the time necessary to talk either in person or on the phone with out rushing. Prices may be a bit higher but it is so worth it just to get the help, and creams etc needed. Thank you to all staff at Visionary Health.

Went there today to get a script for my daughter filled paid $68 for a children’s melatonin last time I brought it it was $50 I’m absolutely disgusted called my next local compound chemist and the price was $28.for the exact same stuff.also went in on other occasion and one of the ladies was so Rude to myself and my mother I almost died.spoke down to me made me feel so belittled I walked out in tears.another lady could see how upset I was getting and took over trying to help me.

Basically what I’m saying is extremely over priced and some of the staff are so lovely but some of the staff and down right rude and need an attitude adjustment.won’t be returning ever again

I went here for an appointment and it was a terrible experience. The person I saw was completely rude and just barked questions at me. He just kept looking out the window and gave me the indication that he didn't want to be there nor help me. Definitely not recommended.

I heard about this chemist, and decided to go there after suffering from two miscarriages. Even though I am all for natural medicine, their specialist, David, gave no assistance, and completely wasted my time. He also continually sent me to a woman in Mayfield for further blood testing who also didn't seem to know much either. Take my advice, and avoid this business. David and his crew are nothing but a bunch of money grabbing, scam artists.

I called up with a million questions & Alan was extremely helpful. He genuinely wanted to help improve my health and I could not have asked for more. Looking forward to becoming a long term customer!:)
