Vision Personal Training Gladesville

I didn't really need anymore proof that the Vision approach to nutrition, health and fitness works.but today I got it. Every year I have an extensive health assessment done. Last year, I was in the top 5% of females my age on fitness, good cholesterol levels, sitting at about 28% body fat and considered healthy.

This year (after 1 year with Vision). They had to move me to the male charts on fitness.ranking in the very top bracket with 20 year old males! I'm 43.and not to mention a girl! ;)

I recently had a Dexa scan done and my body fat sits at an athlete level of 18.5%. With an overall reduction of 10% of my body fat and almost 2 dress sizes smaller.

My cholesterol (which was good before) has actually dropped significantly, with my good cholesterol ranking as the best they have ever seen! EVER!

My body is processing proteins better than ever and all the remaining blood work was off the charts earning me the most improved award at the doctors office this year! Their mind was blown!

The education, support and training that I have gained at Vision over the last year has allowed me to run and cycle in my first registered races and I was able to complete my first Tough Mudder. All challenges I never thought I would be physically or mentally capable of.

I'm on top of the world right now.so once again thank you my incredible trainer Natalie and the amazing team at Vision for helping me reach my health & fitness goals.

I joined Vision Gladesville a little over two years ago. I was out of my comfort zone, being over 50 years of age, and thinking this will be another failure on my part. I needed not have worried.
As soon as you walk in, all the trainers acknowledge me by my first name, everyone is very friendly, there is always a great vibe and buzz in the studio, everyone is very positive.
By attending Vision Gladesvile I have learnt to eat well, train hard and get fantastic results which I am so gratefull for.
The last two years have seen me loose 15kgs, gain strength, and muscle tone and complete 8 and 9 kms runs.
My life has completely changed, I am lighter, healthier, so much stronger.
I also noticed that I have a more positive outlook on life and so much happier.

After years of trying gyms and other options - Nic and his team have succeeded where all others have failed. My brain has finally rewired itself and I'm committed to as many "20secs of work" I can fit into a half hour session three times a week. With my abs on and my core activated "! Good fun to boot:) plus I've actually participated in run club.who would have thought? !
