Very bad experience with their agent NADIA TAJAMUL in Sydney, just hurry to enroll you in university to get commission, then don’t bother to respond your queries or reply you, total non professional behaviour, 1 friend ended up in AAT due to her wrong guidance about funds in visa application, have to call multiple times for a single small issue, she skipped medical insurance document again to upload in my visa file despite visa officer asked about that again but luckily visa officer was kind enough to remind again. So careless behaviour in managing file, stay away if you like mental peace and smooth process.

Very Professional and Experienced Consultants. Got the best advice from Ms. Navneet and Ms. Rumina. Case got a bit complicated but they both handled it perfectly. Only thing I can say about them is that these two are Selfless Souls who worry about their clients more than anything else. Highly recommend Vision Consultants.

I had very bad experience as I came pakistan during covid times and my visa got expired then I have to apply for extension from Pakistan and my consultant was so rude and not helpful at all. I eventually got rejected because homeaffairs asked for explanation for few things and my consultant was not free to help me response, I did it myself and she was not even bothered to go read through once. I still have that screenshot of that chat if someone wants to see. My consultant name was rumina and I tried to contact vision consultancy about the issue and no one took it seriously

I approached Vision Consultancy to seek advice about getting Carer Visa in 2016. This Visa Category is not very common and a lot of information about it is not readily available.
