Applied for an extension of my student visa with Visa Info. I am satisfied overall with their help, their organised document collecting system and prompt results. I would recommend them for all kinds of visa applications because their base system of organising your application is robust and well organised.

NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE. They pampered me with hopes and prompted me with a language with no action. II had to follow up every single statement, and either never responded for months, or contacted me at weird hours - not normal working hours. They seemed to be focusing on making my case more complicated, possibly to enjoy going to tribunal and reap more $. In my personal experience - They were very quick to ask for funding and once received they sat and enjoy it. I then followed up for months to get things done, & unfortunately they did not deliver as per my request and they will not refund my money either. From my experience, is seems that they want to get easy money and live with it. Be careful if you don't have enough knowledge with your case, your rights and responsibilities as you could be tossed left right centre. Your file maybe handed over to trainees or who knows what! I am glad my knowledge with immigrations status upgraded me to engage with a more advanced and professional advocate. They should provide what they preach instead of suffocating people's psychological wellbeing

They blocked me to avoid any further response.
I received a call from a man, after my first review and he identified himself as representing the organisation, he threaten to take legal action against me. They made threats about my personal and professional life. These same people who have all my personal information and they are abusing this professional privilege, I strongly believe they should no longer be allowed to operate in this industry, as their conduct is unconscionable. From their response it is clear to me that they stalk me online, this is disgusting behaviour from an organisation who's business is to assist with immigration matters. I'm sure the Home Affairs Department standards do not allow his totally unprofessional conduct from agents.

As they replied and blocked me for response;
They made threats to publish private and confidential information about me. That's a clear client information breach. In Australia threatening clients who leave reviews, breaches Government Policy and Code of Conduct.
Let's recap what has occurred here.
I discussed my situation with them and they seemed caring and professional, they directed me to pay an upfront fee which I promptly did.
Immediately after payment, everything changed.no more caring and professional conduct as l almost followed up everything. This came as false promises that i had trusted the file to be actioned immediately being a complex case.
After I made repeated attempts to get them to fulfill their side of the agreement. STILL NOTHING, I had no other option than to ask for a refund. Asking for refund came back with an apology and acknowledged of the misconception.
As at writing this, I have not received a refund and I doubt I will.
Final option for me is to warn others by leaving a review.
Now there is action by them. THEY ABUSE, STALK AND THREATEN ME!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Any professional company would not act like this. This company didn't try and deliver the service they promised, but instead they accused me of telling lies. A professional company would address the clients if they were better than the truth aired above. Every one just read again and again. This is way too personal than from a company conduct. After stalking me as discussed; I hope the can read and learn how other organisations respond to reviews. To every one i have asked to see this they have all said its pathetic and unprofessional. Furthermore which professional would put “God” in their response and in quotes. They mock God on conversations so as and in writing. Well to my Values; they don’t know much about it. Australia Values diversity and inclusion its one of the best Values to get training and development for. This is a pain they are airing as i asked for refund that they never refunded and I was told my money was peanuts by Simran. Here its seems they prefer people who pay over $10,000 to claim their rights.

A very big thanks to Simran. My case was complex. I need to apply for Bridging visa B to travel to India as my visa (temporary 482 visa) was pending due to incompletion of Medical Exemption. Simran helped me in getting the bridging visa B in 2 days. And to return to Australia, I need travel exemption. Simran checked my case and found there was an issue in my application. She fixed it and I got Visa granted in 2 days. Now I don't need travel exemption to travel to Australia. Thanks to Simran. The service provided by them was really execeptional.
