I've been going to this clinic over a year and never got disappointed they always have a good packages with a reasonable pricing and Rana is very friendly and honest at her job i would highly recommend this clinic

I saw both Rana and Dee today and the professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. I am made to feel at ease each time I am here and everybody I have interacted with is so friendly. I would recommend Visage at Merrylands to anyone I know and I know they would love this place too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, exceptional customer service.

Dee and Rana are extremely thorough during every laser hair removal session. I did a skin needling session with Dee two weeks ago and already seeing better results than other places. I also did an eyebrow tattoo removal session with George and Dee today, they truly made it as less painful as possible for me. I am still in shock in how great these guys are with everything they do. I wish I found this clinic earlier!

I do my laser hair removal at Visage Merrylands and I love it! I’ve tired a couple other places before but I’ve seen best results at Visage. Especially Rana she does my laser sessions and she is AMAZING I’ve never felt more comfortable with a person ever! So kind and so friendly and SHE GETS THE JOB DONE! Makes you excited for your next session. 1000% recommend!

THIS IS PLACE IS MY SAVING GRACE ️ their services have given me so much confidence, and have honestly changed my relationship with my body. I am extremely hairy (thick rooted, black hair that is often ingrown to the point of one follicle having multiple hairs as well as hairs growing in). It left scars/dark spots all over my body as when there was a ‘stressed’ follicle, it became a dark purple spot. I had strawberry legs so prominent it looked as if I had brown small freckles all over my body.

Because of this, when I was 12, I ended up developing a medical condition called Pseudofolliculitis Barbae which is very common in BPOC. I had constant inflammation that produced ingrown boils, and it made my body produce a foreign body reaction, often making me feel sick, weak and in pain. A GP said laser would pretty much be the only form of hair removal that would be beneficial. I left my hair to grow for years out, and I always felt so uncomfortable in my body. I am medium-dark tone and very sensitive to pain as I suffer PCOS, ADHD (sensory overload) and other neurological issues. This place has really saved me, the PRICES are so affordable I thought it was a scam, as I live in north Sydney where ONLY legs and Brazilian would be $400-2000. Big commercial clinics eg. Laser clinics Australia for example, Therapists can be undertrained, and inconsistent with their work quality. I do full body (on discount right now) for $159, and my first session was $99. It’s a small beautiful clinic with the best, most welcoming people. George (owner) is wonderful, really knowledgeable and happy to help you, also great conversator! Yaren has been a truly phenomenal therapist, and is highly skilled. She has intuitive touch and is very responsive, patient and caring. I first did a skin consult with her and she recommended some products, which I have been using for 1.5 months and it’s helped me significantly (dark hyperpigmentation, deep acne scarring, congested skin). Every product has proved to work with me. I have been truly grateful to encounter her, and she so valuable in her field. They really embody a homely environment and George is very passionate about the philosophy of feeling good about yourself, and that everyone deserves access to that. He is so humble about the prices too, when I mentioned how expensive full body laser is ($2000-4500) usually he responded with a quick ‘really!? ’ this place really cares about your happiness and is always looking to improve. I am quite honest and straightforward about the quality of services done to me, and have spent $$$ in a few too many skin and beauty clinics through time.

Had my first arms hair laser treatment with Yaren today and was impressed with how thorough she was treating the areas. She is very experienced, took her time, double checked all the areas to make sure nothing was missed, was really into it and had a great friendly personality. I Previously was using laser clinics for many years until I discovered this place and there are much major positives differences - visage prices are so affordable like 75% less to what laser clinics charge (even when they have sales still expensive). Laser clinics never run on time always have to wait 10-15 mins, visage - run on time even 1 or 2 mins earlier. Laser clinic - charge over $300 for chest and stomach & back and shoulders they rush you and you are out in less then 20mins (heaps of missed spots). At laser clinics you get treated like a number, visage you get treated like part of the family. I wish if I knew about this place ages ago before I got ripped off at laser clinics. Very impressed with the modern online portal booking service it’s very user friendly and straight forward has all the features you need all in one place. Visage clinic is very modern and stylish.

Amazing service by Rana and Yaren, results are crazy, I’m amazed by the results I got from 1 session here, been to heaps of laser clinics nothing compares great clinic, staff and prices.
