Shocking customer service, took my money, didn't show up for scheduled appointment and refused to rescheudle. Avoid.

Michael and his crew were fundamental in our success with the visa application process. From beginning to end, Michael was able to explain simply, what we were likely to expect and talked us through each step of the process, as it arose.
