I'm an australian citizen and my partner (wife) applied for the visitor visa (subclass 600, tourist stream) twice and got refused on each occasion because of not satisfying the GTE criteria. Then we took the service from Visa & Citizenship Lawyers and applied for the visitor visa (subclass 600, family sponsored stream) for the 3rd time. The entire team helped us to prepare a strong application, went through all the docs and evidence in a professional manner and lodged the application and my partner was granted the visitor visa.
