I was a tenant for less than two years in one of apartments that Viridity Real Estate is managing. From very beginning of my contract to the end of tenancy, I didn't face any issues.

Honest real estate agent is not what you can find easily. Viridity is totally suggested.

Avoid this company, I'm still waiting for my $3000 bond. They should have repainted only one bedroom and they did full appartement.
