8Sent my beloved dog from Sydney to Melbourne, and Saadi at the counter was incredibly helpful. She assisted in rearranging the crate, as it was a bit small for my dog, and guided me through the paperwork. Highly recommend Virgin for animal travel – great service!

Flawless transfer and handling of our dog from Melbourne quarantine centre to Sydney. And, of course, much more affordable than the first leg from Dubai to Melbourne. Doggy was happy, as were the owners to be finally reunited after 7 long months)
Very poor with handling dog arrival times, no communication, very late for ppl picking up pets.
The guy named Jack seemed to go out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible to not only myself but also to the other 2 customers that were there at the same time as me. It’s a pity that Qantas was much more expensive for the same movement.
Well our new Chevromist Groodle puppy arrived safe and sound from Melbourne and the staff from Virgin were superb. Friendly and helpful which made the process far less stressful for us and I'm sure our puppy (named Tilly) appreciated it too:)
