Karl did an excellent presale detail/clean on my car. I was shocked at how clean and new my car looked after picking it up. Karl is professional, friendly and quick to respond. Extremely happy with the result and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Karl did a tremendous job on my car. The car had some scratches from being used off road. Karl managed to remove the scratches and then did a full detail inside and out to get the car ready for selling.

While spending a week in Macmasters, my car roof turned yellow from the interesting wildlife in the area. I washed it but it couldn't be erased. Enter Karl from VIP Car Care. I used this business last weekend for the first time to get a full detail on my car. I have a red car that had 3 large scrapes right across the bonnet courtesy of a dodgy mechanic who denied they'd caused the damage. I took it to a panel beater and was charged $80 for them to try and buff them out but they only made a small improvement and every time I looked at the car it stood out and I was so depressed about it. The cost to have it re-sprayed and side panels blended was going to be around $600 and my re-sale value was lowered due to this. When Karl had finished my car he'd removed these scratches completely and didn't even charge me for it. I couldn't believe it - THEY WERE COMPLETELY GONE. The rest of the car looked better than it did when I bought it too which was also a plus. I am thrilled with the quality of work, price is also very competitive for the coast, almost half what another company quoted. Also Karl the owner is just lovely and seems to genuinely care about doing a great job and went above and beyond. They also do caravans, small planes, luxury cars like porches etc. I strongly recommend this business to anyone and am planning to surprise my elderly mum with a gift detail very soon.
