Had the best experience finding a dress for my uni ball in the Annandale store this week. The staff were incredible and made the experience magical. The dresses are absolutely stunning. Will definitely be going back in the future

I recently visited Villloni boutique on November 11,2023, after seeing many positives reviews.

The lack of inclusive sizes (14/16) combined with the inability to try on bridesmaids dresses after a $50 deposit, was disheartening. I was then told that they weren't aware that our group of 5 would require “plus sizes”.

Prior to my appointment, attempts to contact the store for inquiries regarding sizes was challenging, this raised concerns about their communication and service quality. The level of service fell short, impacting not only my experience but potentially triggering body image issues for individuals facing similar challenges.

Regrettably, my concerns were met with a one-line email stating a refund had been processed, with no acknowledgment of the issues raised. I hope these concerns are addressed promptly to enhance the overall shopping experience for future customers.

I had the best experience here, I felt so welcomed and she knew exactly what i’d look good in. I tried for weeks to find a dress but being a bigger size most stores didn’t stock my size. I walked in here and found my dress instantly. I would 100% recommend coming here as I will never forget my experience

Omg this woman is the best in business, knew her stuff and such a bloody delight to deal with. Highly recommend don’t waste your time going else where, you want 5star service this is the place.

We found the perfect dress for my daughters year 12 formal. All the ladies were helpful and honest. We were not pressured or rushed like we had found in other dress shops. It was worth the drive as we came from out west. Outstanding service!

10/10 experience for sure. I went with my friend to find her a year 12 formal dress and the worker was very funny and extremely helpful! She knew exactly what dress type she would suit and helped her decide on a colour. Definitely recommend this place:)

I went in looking for my year 12 formal dress, i wasn’t sure on what i wanted but the lady made me feel so beautiful and welcomed. She immediately picked out this gorgeous dress and for it being the first one i tried one i knew it was the one immediately. The place is gorgeous and so is she.i cannot recommend it enough

Had a great encounter with them! Got three beautiful bridesmaid dresses even though we were walk-ins and had no appointment. Loved the hearty atmosphere and felt very welcome!

I just went there and the lady was like pushing me to buy the dress. When I told her I want to ask and advise my sister she was joking about my story! Then she called the owner i think and still sarcastic about me! Do u guys treat ur customer like this!

Recently bought a dress from them asking if I could exchange the dress due to change of mind but they never specified that they had a strict return policy even when I had purchased the dress. Then I asked when they had an available appointment but they told me they were too “flat out” and “busy” to attend to my call.

Definitely do not recommend coming to or purchasing from this boutique.

Went in today to get a dress for my niece for her year 10 formal. Instantly the owner and her sales girl Summer where FANTASTIC! Knew her stock. Knew sizing and fitting. My niece is quite a picky girl and the first dress she tried on, was THE ONE! Will go back again. Get the best service and best stock here ️
