42Horrible customer service.still waiting for a refund of items which they never had, still allowed to place an order, and now despite multiple calls / follow ups, no sign of refund.
I recently purchased a dishwasher. Upon opening it was damaged. I spoke with Peter on the phone he gave me options in which i choose to exchange the item. Upon opening the second item it was also damaged. I returned the item back to the store upon inspection Peter offered a full refund.
In my opinion Peter handled the situation good. He could of dealt with the situation better initially but second time round he dealt with me in a good way. Thank you much appreciated.:)
This place is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. My fridge was delivered with 3 large dents on it, delivery men refused to take it back, and I was told to contact the returns team to arrange to have my door replaced. I waiting on hold for 20 minutes before getting through to someone. My details were taken and I was told my door would be replaced, but I have yet to hear any updates. I have emailed several time and not received any response on the status of my request! I would not recommend purchasing from here! They are cheap for a reason! Save your money and buy from a proper store!

Bought an LG Nanocell 75" on sale with cashback online. I was told there is 2-3 days wait. Called them on the fourth day, and I was told there's another 1-2 weeks wait. My tv was broken so we don't have entertainment at home. I asked them to replace my order with a tv with the same price and ended up getting a Samsung QLED. I picked it up from their store. I asked for my receipt because I needed the receipt number for the cashback. I was told it will be emailed to me. I did not received any email. I am not even sure if they have my email. I was already there, why didn't they gave me my receipt. It is fully paid anyway. Big regrets as I really wanted the LG Nanocell tv. I bought from Betta despite of the bad reviews because there is a cashback of up to $300. But it looks like it is fading away as well.
I would have bought from Binglee or JB Hifi where I can pick up the LG Nanocell the same day. One of my worst experience in life.
Oh by the way, the replacement Samsung QLED had a little screen damage on the top right corner of the screen just behind the power consumption sticker. But I didn't mind anymore because they might say that it is the last stock and I have to wait again for weeks. And it is a hassle bringing a big 75" tv back to their shop. Very frustrating.

I would really not recommend Betta Home living to anyone and ignore it.
Had to wait more than a week for 1 appliance and store has no idea and no stock after a week of wait.
They were convincing me to pay for another product similar and pay more. FRAUD!
Nice place to shop electrical appliances and white goods. Good customer service and genuine seller and reasonable price compared to big giants lIKE bing Lee HARVEY NORMAN or JB HIFI.reasonable delivery price in metro area and efficient deli. Bought a 86 inch qled led TV and quite happy with it.
Very disappointing shopping experience.
Wanted to buy a soundbar about a month before but hesitated because I wanted to wait for the mid-year sale. This David told me that 'this is already the best price and there will be no stock'. Only few days after buying, the price dropped by 40 bucks and then another few days dropped by $90. They don't view emails at all (or pretend not to).
DO NOT trust anything coming out from their mouth as all they want to do is to sell you the product. I would prefer to buy from other stores with better after sales service next time.

But I went to the store in Feb
There were no prices on the goods. I spent about 30 min looking at stoves cook tops and other things. NO BODY asked if we needed any help or anything. So we walked out. The staff just at front counter just looked at us. I don't think they want to let go of their goods maybe there were not for sale or something. Anyway staff can have a good day I went and bought good elsewhere.

Ordered a small fridge on the website showing in stock and will be delivered in 2-5 business day. I understand that due to COVID delivery might be a bit delayed. After waited for 5 days still nothing. So I decided to call the store to find out why and then I was told no stock and in back order for at least 2-3 weeks. It would've been nice if they had called me straightaway when they've realised that was the case than wasting me 5 days waiting for nothing and needed me to chase them up.

Paid for a Freezer online on 4'th of Oct 2020, Money taken from my card but no confirmation email nor invoice was sent. After almost 2 weeks later, I had to chase my order and found that they are out of stock. I am waiting for the refund see how it goes.

Amazing service! I was in desperate need of a heater as it has been super cold and Betta Living at Villawood has impressed me. I made a last minute order on Sunday and by Tuesday my new heater was delivered by courier. The product was perfectly packaged and works like a charm. I can’t believe it’s electric! Thanks so much!

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ve been shopping online for ages from national and international brands but buying from this place was the worst ever. Never received information about shipping through email and nothing was placed in my mail box. When I received an email from Betta Home Living to write a review I called to know where is my order! Then by chasing them and calling the shipping company I finally found the place where my order has been for 20 days without me getting one notification. I picked up the Hp printer I ordered from them and a piece of it was broken and the printer kept showing the paper tray is open close it to proceed while it was already closed. I called them to ask for a replace because I paid a 2 years warranty. They said send us an email which they never replied to. I sent another emails to the webfeedback email which replied by contact the villawood branch as they are the ones who sent you the printer. I called many times with answers like send us an email to look at it. I sent many emails to get a reply: I am sorry you had this experience but the broken piece should not be the problem it's the sensors. I replied by great then the printer you sent has a faulty sensor and needs a replacement. Never got back to me. I sent other emails to webfeedback@bsrgroup.com.au to tell them about my experience and again all I got was we are sorry you experienced that like if their sorry would magically fix the printer.
Anyway I don't care about the money I paid for a printer I will throw away but I am super disappointed by their service and they way they deal with their customers. I am happy I got the lesson not to buy from them with a $107 for a printer not with an expensive items losing more money.
To those who work there and answered my calls/emails. Please be more honest, reliable and professional or leave customer service because it's not for you.
Bought LG smart TV through EBay on 7/4/20 and it was delivered here two days later, well informed of the progress, prompt service and received in brand new condition, highly recommended.
This is my first purchase from this company and I bought the item for a friend, he is very happy with the delivery being earlier than expected and very satisfied with the TV. I will be using this company myself in the future.
