5 Tried to return a pair of pants that I bought online from here because the stitching had come undone after only six days.
Was met with the most unbelievably rude customer service from their manager. Avoid at all costs as this store will try anything not to refund or replace.
On Saturday I was walking past and a staff member was yelling at a customer so loudly and making an absolute scene! Usually love Vik & Woods and was planning on heading into the store…
I was at Viktoria and Woods on
Saturday with my sister when we noticed a customer complaining at the front desk. He was calm and speaking to the older tall blonde haired woman who appeared to be the manager. She then yelled at him outside the store so loudly that people on the sidewalk stopped in horror and we felt too uncomfortable to even leave the store leaving us stuck inside for over 10 minutes. Absolutely appalling customer service and behaviour from the manager - warn you to stay away from this store at all costs. This woman needs to be fired.
Unbelievably rude staff at this store, I was having a browse through the store when I heard the head store manager belittling and raising her voice at a customer, even took him on the street outside so she could raise her voice more. It was really unnecessary other customers and myself felt very uncomfortable. This store have no care for their customers, zero. Shop elsewhere where the customer is made to feel heard. Disgusting!
Bad customer services ever for both paddington and bondi junction boutiques.no one greeting customers even I smiled and say hello to them, and they look like they doesn't care and really down, so I just left straight away. I don't know if it's the trainings from the company, I love your clothes and bought some clothes and shoes before, but now. I just don't want to go to your any boutiques.this is my first time to write this kind of reviews I really don't want to, but anyway if you do care customers, make some changes on customer services, as a customer I think that is really important at least let them know what is called respect.
