Great service! We purchased a Tylö’Helo steam room from Viking Sauna under a supply & install basis. The team was very responsive throughout the ordering, delivery and installation. I greatly appreciate their assistance through the process. We are very happy with the steam room and thoroughly enjoy using it.

Our sauna needed some TLC after 18mths of constant use during Covid. We were given prompt and reliable service both from head office and from lovely Marcelo who recognised and fixed the problem very quickly. Marcelo even gave us a few pointers on best sauna maintenance to ensure the longest life for our unit. A job well done.

Found Viking Sauna online and gave them a go.
Unfortunately, it was extreme disappointment. The showroom looks very poor, and owners of the company have no idea what they are selling.
Stay away from this company if you don't want to be in trouble.

Excellent customer service. The team were very responsive to my needs and had the knowledge to help me out. They went beyond the call of duty for me recently when I purchased a Kastor wood fired sauna so I highly recommend you give them a call.
