The genteman who installed my new home window most recently (I think his name was John) was friendly, on time and did the job very quickly. I will absolutley use them again next time I'm in need!

We needed a small piece of glass for something and dropped in on the way past to task if we could grab one of their scrap pieces. They were very friendly and helpful, cut it to size and polished the edges for free. Very generous of them to help us out

I've been going to the boy's at Victor Glass for 30yrs now, If I need glass cut and supplied asap. This is the best place.

Terrible customer service. Been to Victor Glass twice, first time it was ok, ready on time. Second time, I am still waiting to get a call back to pick up my order. The receptionist was rude and seemed really stressed (not my problem). I've asked for a medium-sized glass to replace a broken bathroom piece, he's said few things that had nothing to do with what I've asked and didn't want to get the glass for me (which would be ok, if he said so I would've walked out and thats it). So after 5 minutes of talking, he's asked my mobile and said he was going to order and it would be ready in about a week. It has now been almost 2 months since I've been there, no calls, nothing. I've only waited for about 2-3 weeks and went with another business.
Gold tip: The company should really invest in better staff to deal with customers, reviews aren't looking good at all - Only gave 2 stars because the first time the service was ok.

Nice enough when they bother to show up. Worst customer service I have come across in a long time. Hopeless at returning a phone call and seem unable to send an email. I was all set to go ahead but I'm still waiting for my email quote but after six weeks I don't think it's coming. I've since used Palmers Glass and had my installation last week.

Make an appointment then ring up 45 minutes late to say can't make it. SHODDY. Only getting one star cause cant post zero.

The bloke i saw is a complete tosser. My drivers side truck mirror was smashed so i went & saw them. The guy started ranting about other things that had nothing to with replacing my mirror. He said i had to take it off the truck so they can fit it. Fair enough but without the tools to do it you would think they wouldnt mind but no. Not customer friendly. Dont wast your time or money. They don't deserve tour business.

I have recently engaged with Victor Glass for a new glass panel (shower screen). They were most professional and were able to work around my restricted availability. I will use them again.

I have just used this company and the service was second to none. Their prices for new car mirrors were less than half of that on the internet. A prime example of why we stay local. Thanks guys will use you in the future and recommend you to my customers.

The lady was brash and rude over the phone, and hung up on me when I asked if they could match the price.
If you're overpriced and aren't able to match other competitors, you could at least be civil and polite about it.
