2Viatek Newcastle are outstanding. Products arrive in a timely way. Service is always prompt and thorough. I cannot praise this company too much. The customer service is brilliant. From the receptionist taking your call to the service person that visits your machine they are always polite and efficient. I have maintained a contract with this company for more than 10 years and have never had a concern about the service they provide.
I was sent by my recruitment company to an accounts payable position only to find nothing was set up for me to work. 6 hours later I finally got to put my fingers to the keyboard. So I got approximately 2 hours training. Next day I was left to my own devices and my supervisor AJ got extremely annoyed when I asked a question. Therefore by the end of the day I was dismissed. They couldn't tell me themselves that I was unsuitable, but left it to my recruitment agency. Since then I have seen the position advertised at least 3 times.
