10Sorry to say but I experienced very bad service from Alex. He was not helpful and not respectful. I would give him zero star
One of the top quality tiles in very competitive prices but when it's on sales it's a way cheaper than medium quality tiles.
We were provided with an exceptional service by Terry; It was personalised and he was very empathetic and caring. Terry is very unique; one of the most humble and generous individual we have met. Aside from the great quality in product, the extraordinary service and care for customers was a reason we will only be purchasing our tiles from.

Alex and Terry are the most helpful people, who cannot do enough to help, with product and advice. Their product range and quality are of the highest quality. We have bought tiles and bathroom accessories over the past few years and have found Alex an absolute pleasure to deal with. We always leave their feeling we have received the best possible service.
As an interior Designer I love visiting Versatile as they have so much variety at amazing prices. They also have a studio where I can select everything in one place. ABI tapware, kitchen benchtops and cupboards. Carpet. The selection studio is amazing

It's like walking into a time warp. Old fashioned tiles, limited stock and very limited selection. Don't waste your time
We ordered some tiles for our bathroom renovation. The quality and variety of products were great, prices were very competetive and customer service was excellent. Alex was so generous with his time helping us out.
