Veolia

I went to unload today, and I was denied because I was hand unloading. Even though they are no signs to indicate its not allowed. There was literally no one there and I had all the time and space in the world but the guys just couldn't be bothered waiting.

Very bad attitude

I went to Veolia to dump some green waste off, as I had so much I bought some bags (6) from Bunnings which cost $10 each. I took a load to the Chullora waiste Management site. Once I emptied a bag I would put it next to the trailer, I emptied the 6 bags. Once finished picked up my ropes and forgot my bags on the other side of the trailer. Drove off and about 15 minutes later I called Veolia and when I told the bloke that I had left my bags there he told me that they were now the property of Veolia as you are not allowed to take anything from the tip. I told him they were not rubbish and I wanted them as they were mine, he told me that there was only one bag. If I could of reached through the phone and grabbed him by the neck I would have. Lying little.

Absolute "rubbish" service, never on time, always late and sometimes out bins don't even get picked up. I booked for a pick up 3 days ago and our bins still haven't been picked up, now there is rubbish blowing around everywhere because of the windy weather. This can be very bad for business as customers can see an overflow of rubbish.

I've been tipping here for 5 years. Prices are fair and there always open. Also quick turn around time.

Go elsewhere for superior services. Would not recommend
