Very bad service and staff so rude! Will even blame you if you are not happy and satisfied with their service. And I have learned many people are not happy from their eye lash extension work. They don't care if you are happy or not as long as they get your money. Don't waste your time and money!

Really disappointed,
Waited to get a pedicure for half an hour.
My pedicure took less time to do, then the time I waited sitting there for my turn. To then come home and all the shellac started to all peel off! $45 ripped off. Super angry

DON’T GO！otherwise you will sit there, waiting for half an hour and get your finger be cut and bleeding. No sincere apology at all, and they said it’s not a big deal, things happen because of the customer’s skin too thin?

SCAM! Charged my girlfriend an extra $25 when she initially said it was $55 at the beginning for the nails she wanted.

Lack of nail polish options, lack of customer service. Nail job looks like I done it HAHAHAH.

So bad. Do not recommend. Got scammed, employees were so rude when I asked about the change of price. Employee was eating kfc while doing my toes, got chicken grease all over me and didn’t say sorry.

I always feel looked after by the ladies at this salon, they are really patient and take good care of their customers. Definitely recommend this place for manicures and pedicures

If I can rate this store a 0, I would! One of the ladies who worked there started screaming at me and called me crazy just because I was choosing a colour and I wanted to change my nail length. Absolutely disrespectful workers!

Absolutely terrible made the nails wonky and don’t know how to ombré I could’ve done a better job at home

Booked into also to have a facial (clean and remove any blackhead). When asked at the end why this didn't occur was told that it might hurt and therefore didn't ask to advise. Had to ask myself. Hopeless customer service skills. SNS manicure started chipping after 1.5 weeks. Went back to get it removed and charged $20. My first and last vist. Will not use this service again or recommend anyone. Staff need training in customer service skills.

I had really bad customer service
1 Didn’t even have my toes done for 24hrs and already one of my toe nail colour came off.

2 Workers don’t really communicate with you they just do what ever they like and what ever is easier for them. They also have really bad attitude

3 Done Ombré nails that don’t even look like ombré they look more brown then what I originally asked for.

Lastly I do not recommend this place not very friendly and just like to rush like it’s a race

I went on Friday for infills, my nails are shaped terribly even though asking her to shape them again twice and it’s now Tuesday and my nail polish is so thick it’s peeling off my nails. They’re so disgusting. I would never go here again and warn everyone.

The only reason I am giving them any stars is that they do a good job with in-grown nails. I just finished doing mine today and paid $31, knowing that the previous 2 times, I paid $22 and then $26. Every time, I come here they charge me extra! Their excuse for today was that they took more time on me, although last time it was the same work (time) done and the previous one too! Eventhough I like their work, I will never go back again because they are not transparent and honest with their pricing.

Every time i come they charge different amounts and when i ask for explanation they get irritated. The lady who did my nails today was in a hurry and all my nails has waves in the shellac. When I asked why there are waves on my shellac, she ignores and walks away. VERY POOR SERVICE. I high DO NOT RECOMMEND THIER SERVICE. I will never go back. The owner should train the employees nice customer service.
