Shaun replaced a ventilation system that had failed - he was very responsive and the new system is a huge improvement on what we had. His tradesmen cleaned up well and the job was done quickly. Shaun and his team was really good and responsive. They really took time to understand my concern and even helped me fix my ventilation in the kitchen after seeing my oven ventilation is not right with all the oil splats on my kitchen splashbacks/ceilings. I felt he was really honest as I kept asking for another ventilator point or temperature gadget which he could easily done but he said its not necessary but if I find that is an issue again he will come out again and get them done so nothing seem to over trouble him. Shaun installed under floor ventilation in our 110 year old home. Shaun is extremely genuine and we could tell from that the outset that we could trust him and his recommendation. Shaun always arrived on time, went above and beyond with COVID safe measures, left absolutely no mess behind and was very reasonably priced.
