Absolutely love Ai and the team at Velour! I've been going for years for waxing, brows, facials and body treatments and the service is always flawless. Ai is super knowledgeable too - she put me onto the best facial oil I've ever used.
I've started to take my teen daughter - she is a big fan of the pampering!

I've never been a regular facial person until I saw Ai. She has magic hands! I initially started seeing her for regular self care. A facial experience at Velour is not just about the products but the way they are applied, think lots of facial, neck and head massage. More recently Ai has converted me to the ultrasonic facial because of the results. I leave the salon with glowing, clear skin. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best beauty experiences I have ever had in Sydney. Ai and her team are the ultimate professionals with an outstanding attention to detail. The rooms feel relaxing and are clean. I would highly recommend and will be back for all of my treatments.

Velour Beauty is such a relaxing time as soon as you step in the door. Ai and her staff are so supportive of first time eyelash lifters - they took the time to explain the whole process, will offer to do a patch test and make your eye lashes and brows look so incredible. I am always so impressed with the results (and they last so long!) but you keep coming back because they really care for their customers. Now I’m a regular!

Lovely salon tucked away in Dulwich Hill. I was taken care of by Amy for a wax and she was extremely attentive and gentle. The salon was also very clean and hygienic, which is always a must for salon services. Salon was very cozy and I had some chocolates and water before my appointment from Ai, which was also great. Definitely recommend to come by here if you are around the area.

This place is absolutely wonderful! They are so kind/welcoming, they always do a good job & the parlour always has a nice relaxing atmosphere. They are so considerate as well making sure youre not allergic to anything they may use during your service & they keep everything clean making you feel like youre in good hands!

It is always hard to find a service that’s going to make your Brazilian wax experience feel comfortable and this beauty parlour definitely does. Highly recommend.:)
