I turned to Steph at the end of my second trimester because I felt as though I wasn't match fit for birth! It was the best decision I ever made. Steph has tailored each and every pilates session to suit my my needs and my body's capabilities. As a new mum herself, Steph has been great at making sure I'm as physically and mentally prepared as can be for the journey I'm about to undertake and has put me in touch with other healthcare professionals to help, including Vaughan. I had a pregnancy massage with Vaughan a few weeks ago and wish I did it sooner! I was so much more comfortable after my massage and have been sleeping like a log! Couldn't recommend Steph & Vaughan's services enough. I will be continuing to see both for the remainder of my pregnancy and beyond.

Today I received treatment from Vaughan for multiple muscular injury's. Vaughan was extremely accommodating and had no delay in pin pointing the root of the issue. Vaughan clearly knows his profession well. It felt as though there was no rush to complete the session (may have even gone over time), this just shows how treatment is the main goal, not turn overs. If you have any doubts, don't, do yourself a favour and book an appointment.

After more than 10 years of Dragonboat racing, I wake up every morning stiff and in pain. I had one session with Vaughan and I woke up pain free! I would highly recommend Vaughan for a Sports massage. I will definitely be booking in to see him again.

Being over 30 weeks pregnant i was a bit hesitant on who i'd like to treat me as i wanted someone who knew the body and could deliver a good massage adapting to a pregnant body.

Vaughan outdid my expectations and delivered exactly what i needed without any worry. He was able to work through my hips/back and my chest/neck which has been giving me grief for a while now.
