Leaving this review just to say thank you to the staff, who are always accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and with a smile on their face, even if I only a return. Thank you legends!

Small vans shop. No women's size socks! Staff are friendly but not very accommodating in my opinion. There needs to be a point of difference when shopping in store. May as well buy online

Authentic, happy, young and very helpful team. When 10 stores at the mall offer similar/same product an honest smile/hello make a difference.

Found a great pair of shoes at very reasonable price on special. My first Vans. Staff (Sam) was super friendly and his knowledge of shoes (vans and others) was astonishing.

Awesome customer service received from Sam at the Warringah Mall! Will defiantly be returning to the store when I visit the mall again.

I went in today to get some vans girls childrens size 5. I went in and had to ask. No on came up to me. When he came back with them he didn't allow me to try them on and just scanned and told me to pay. First of all they were size 6 in womens. I had specifically asked for 5 and in kids as they are $50 cheaper. It was quite inconsiderate that he didn't tell me they ere the wrong size and just went straight to scanning. Very bad customer service and limited size range.
