Unhappy shopping experience with them! On 3 Jan 2023, my wife bought two pairs shoes for the kid. Because my son dosent feel comfortable with one of them, so my wife went back to return it on 6 Jan 2023, she then found out the other shoes price got discounted to 49.99 from 79.99. She asked if can be credited back for the difference, the staff advised have to return the shoes then purchase it with the new discount price, but my son is already wearing it, so the answer is no. So then I went back to the store on 8 Jan 2023 to try again, staff on the day said No straightaway, and explain how they system works bla bla.who cares how your system works, customers only want to be treated fairely. I personally got the similar experience with other store once before, but they treat customers fairely and honour the request since the purchase wasnt long ago after they put on sale, refund the difference straight with only the purchase reciept on site, hassle free. There are many other businesses even offering price match after purchase within certain periods of times. Vans dosent know how to take care of their customers, the brand policy only benefits the business ifself, so be careful when you shop with them.

Google says this shop is open, it's 10: 20 am on Sunday the 14th of august 2022 and It is closed. What is going on?

I was planning to go to the store to have a look and buy a couple of pairs of shoes. I checked in via the Service NSW App waited a while to be checked for my vaccination but nobody came.

There was a young girl at the counter who was much more interested in what was on her phone than customers. After waiting a while I put my phone away and was about to start looking, she eventually looked up from her phone and decided she was going to finally check my vaccination and check in. She seemed to get sick delight in making me get my phone out again and show her (even though I had already done so).

My point is we all need to stick to the Health directives for COVID but staff of stores that go out of there way to make it as hard as possible for customer who have done the right thing it makes me mad.

Vans Miranda seems to be an underperforming store. I would guess that due to there lack of customers and relatively high rent they would not be making money. Why not at least get people to run the store properly. I don't think they are paid to be playing on there phone and ignoring customers.

Excellent store. Staff here are always super friendly and know their stuff. Never had an issue with any of the products by Vans.

Pretty sweet variety of shoes. Thats really what im interested in
