Gotta love walking into the store at 4: 15pm on a Saturday to just see the two workers have their own conversation and cackling along to each other and not even acknowledge anybody walking into the store.

Awesome store, good prices and awesome products.

Bought a nice jacket for a good price on sale.
If you are luck enough, you can have good products for really good price.

Good quality products but unfortunately had a bad experience with (who i think was the manager) bayley? Not to be discussed on the review but it altered my relationship with the brand irreparably

I've been to busy stores before and I sympathize greatly with the staff when they are under the pump. I don't like to be a difficult customer so waited for service at the counter. I was acknowledged by the manager Bailey who I could see was attending to, what looked like, 5 customers at once. He was patient with each one of them and addresses any questions or concerns they had. He even went back to whoever he was speaking with last to make sure they were ok and didn't need anything more. Most people under these circumstances would want to serve the customer and move on but I thought it was lovely to see Bailey care about his interactions with his customers despite the store being busy. He fit me into that rotation and made sure I was ok too. My request was a simple exchange but regardless I really appreciate the calm, tentative and caring nature of Bailey and just really wanted to let him know he is doing great. I hope management see this too and acknowledge his hard work, good people skills and this happy customer's review:). Would be more than happy to visit this particular branch with Bailey as the manager. Thanks again

Great shop, many different styles to choose from, friendly staff, decent amount of space to sit down and try shoes on, many shoes are on sale and much more affordable which is great! Amazing experience, recommend doing a tour and trying to catch a show of any kind while you're here. A bit annoying how bags can't really be brought in and they encourage you to not need to use the cloakroom (more of a problem if you're there to watch a show, for a tour it's fine). Dress code is flexible so don't feel underdressed or overdressed, smart casual is usually a safe bet. The atmosphere inside this iconic building is electric.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The store is also very tidy and clean. Would defo come back! They also frequently have good shoes on discount.

Staff were super friendly. Unfortunately there weren't enough Vans shoe varieties. It was a smallish store so no one to blame.

Very Poor service, after writing a reply to my review, a BOT not a person was supposed to handle my simple request. Here is what I wrote, I Called the store on Friday and was told by a staff member it was Ok to come in and exchange a pair of shoes. I mentioned they were a gift and as a result I did not have the receipt.
One size larger was all I needed, a very small ask, It would have cost the store nothing to help me. However, this kind request was refused today.
Very, very poor service.

The staff in store are very nice/cool. And very helpful to the customer. They help me exchange the hoodie and shirts to smaller size. And recommend a better shoe for me. Will surely buy more vans products.

Fantastic, helpful staff, excellent customer experience. They helped me out with a return for change of size, what I needed was out of stock, they found it in Melbourne and it was couriered to me less than 24 hours later, 10/10

Bought a pair of shoes here today, well stocked and had plenty of sizes. Staff friendliness varies.

Just went in to the Vans store George street to purchase some shoes we were set on 2 pairs each and after waiting for 20min the salesperson was still unable to find the pair I wanted the box had only one shoe.we sat there for ages & had limited time we were very sure about what we wanted & after what looked like the staff were lost I decided to leave & we went elsewhere I won’t return to any Vans store again

Always a great experience there, the employees always take great care of us, spend as much time as we need with us and nothing is ever a bother. Also their playlists are cool, loved the Purple Disco Machine one today!

Their website design is horrible it's very hard to browse the web page. They should really improve with the new technology, features, design etc.

I had a wonderful experience with the Vans staff today and thought it only fair to provide some positive feedback.

I had accidentally ordered an incorrect size of a limited edition shoe online and was hoping to exchange it in-store, however the only store that had the size I needed was in Melbourne with only a handful left. Notwithstanding this difficulty, the staff member Matt helped resolve the issue quickly without hassle and arranged for the exchange with the shoes to be delivered from Melbourne.

Another young lady of Asian appearance in the store also assisted (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) and was absolutely lovely and calm despite the extremely busy turnover of customers in the store.

Props to the Vans team for having such friendly and amazing staff on board! Dealing with them was an absolute pleasure and I'll be back very soon.
