Thanks Jackie so much for the help with the perfect look for the wedding we are attending next week. Your ability to assist so many at once was truly inspiring - you’re certainly due a pay rise! You were doing the work of 3 from what I could see given how busy you were!

Arrived at the store with the intention of purchasing a complete suit, yet regrettably, we were not extended any assistance. The sales staff prioritized attending to customers who arrived later, which left us feeling utterly disregarded. This encounter with the sales team today at this particular outlet was undeniably disappointing. Despite this really bad encounter, I did proceed to buy a blazer and trousers.

I had to return an unopened shirt as it was one size too big.
The 1st lady at the counter wasn't too helpful and provided roadblocks, however the next asian lady kept persisting with trying to find ways to help me without evidence of a purchase receipt.

I eventually had the shirts replaced with bank statement evidence.
She turned a bad suitable to happy experience.

Always love shopping here; Anna and the rest of the team are so friendly, welcoming, helpful and able to offer great insight and advice. Cannot fault any part of the experience with them in store. Incredibly hard to find customer service at this high standard, well worth travelling to get suited with them.
Good prices too.

Customer service is impeccable. Staff trying their best to give attention to everyone, even when there is overflow of customers. Anna is a great help with picking the right shirt size and style. Very pleasant shopping experience and great prices, will definitely come back.

Arrived fairly close to closing time to see if I could get a last minute outfit for a wedding. I'm a bigger size so my options at most shops can be limited at many shops. Not here. Michael had many options for me to consider in stock the same day. He took his time to make sure the fit of my new suit was perfect, and also helped co-ordinate a shirt and tie to match. There was no pressure at all, and no rush despite the late hour of my arrival.

He even helped with alterations same day with the tailor on site at Birkenhead.

I'm now decked out with a great suit that was also a great price, in time for the wedding. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Michael!

Great discounts being a factory outlet but staff were excellent and store was clean and well stocked.

Outstanding customer service. Trent didn’t have the correct size suit in stock on the day however, managed to source it from Adelaide within a couple of days for an upcoming wedding. Strongly recommend the VH team at Birkenhead Point.

Just bought a 3 piece suit with Michael Ayaches help today. Love my suit and was very happy with the help and advice I was given from him while picking and trying it on. His experience was evident and his sense of fashion was of much value to me being young and not as experienced buying suits. In result I walked out completely satisfied with my full outfit purchase including shoes and belt and very grateful to Michael for his kindness and customer service.

I cannot recommend the team at this store highly enough. Incredibly helpful and professional, they went above and beyond to help me out when I needed a couple of suits that they didn't have in stock, including picking one up personally from Melbourne! So if you are looking for suits for a wedding (like me) work or for fun, it's definitely worth your time to come and check out what they have here!

There’s a few things this store does well, and a few they need to work on. The business shirt offering and pricing is really, really good. Solid styles, good range of sizes at decent factory-outlet prices. The staff are okay - little bit of a hit and miss. Not too pushy on sales but not really eager to help. The suit range needs to improve. 90% of the range look exactly the same as each other and previous seasons colors which practically forces you to competitors.

The salesgirl at Van Heusen was really friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop for business clothes.
