This was the only store that greeted us with warmth, lovely lady with the hijab and a young Asian gentleman.

They was both very helpful, very good at finding the right sizes and suggesting other styles… we planned to buy 3 items and walked out with another 3:) because prices was great and also the great customer service!

We found Trent very helpful and friendly. Help greatly with sizes for my grandson. Also got 100% wool suit at half price plus 3 shirts for 99.

The worst customer service ever by Anaiza, she was not interested to serve, she was more busy talking to her colleague about a green skirt she just bought. If you don’t want to work to come in and ruin someone’s day.

Had a wonderful experience buying a suit for a friend’s wedding. Gunn is a gun! I’m not much into formal suits and was very happy how Gunn took his time to help me pick a right suit and made it very easy. Fantastic customer service.

So impressed with the quality of service from Gunn at the Van Heusen in Homebush. Gunn helped me select 5 suits for me and my groomsmen for my upcoming wedding. He gave great tips & advice while I was there trying them on in store.
Gunn is approachable and not pushy and made me feel very comfortable being in, and browsing, his store. He was immensely helpful in organising for multiple suits to be shipped to the Sydney store from around Australia. Thank you so much! I would absolutely shop here again because of him

I went to pick a few shirts on the run,
without overselling, he showed me good options and aligned my needs to what the brand has to offer.

I was impressed and loved the shopping experience at this store.

Poor customer service! After waiting for 5 min for my size pants! Came back saying i have 5 more customers to take care.always loved this place and bought from here in the past too!

Bad experience with customer support.
I wish I can give zero star.
Very bad exchange policy and they gave me options to exchange from their cheap Shirt.
This is my last shopping from this store.
Disappointed.

Extremely terrible service! The store manager flatly refused to return a shirt despite it having all the tags and receipt. Very very arrogant, will not be going back to this store.

Went in this morning 26/09 for work clothes, the guy and lady were great, very helpful thank you so much. Great variety of clothing well priced as well.

I was served by a young dark skin African gentleman quiet a while back however I just made an account to comment on my experience. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had. They definitely need to retrain their staff or get rid of them, he especially has horrible attitude and behavior.

Absolutely shocking service.
Went to buy 4 white business shirts, when I asked can I try one to make sure that it fits she turns around and provides me with shirts that have been worn by other guest.
They were dirty smelly and most importantly unhygienic.
How does a company expect guest to try shirt that are filthy.

The guy at the counter is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a good asset for the company and trusted personnel to carry the goodwill.

Good options, not many deals avalible ive found more at other sites. I was in the store for quite some time the staff didn't even acknowledge me, I found this strange as I was the only customer in the store. Overall I probably would not shop here, the specials are not that great which is one of tje whole reasons you go to a DFO in the first place.

Some good products with good deals. Staff however were either not helpful/knowledgeable or very pushy with sales.
