Every staff member from start of your check in to finish is excellent, and the environment is extremely upmarket and relaxing. I’ve been going since 2015 for anti-wrinkle injections and for my money you won’t find a better result or service anywhere in the Hunter/Newcastle. Thanks Dr Jake and team.

Dr Jake strikes the perfect balance between professionalism, competence and simply being a really nice guy – highly recommended.
As regards logistics at the clinic - shortly after my first laser treatment I realised that for the moles on my face, I might need a bit more lasering to facilitate easy shaving. I called up, somewhat worried that there might be additional costs or other blockers, but – no. Tracy simply booked me in for a second “touch up” visit, no questions asked, no hidden costs. In summary – a flawless experience.

I was really nervous going to Vamp as I felt I was 'old' and 'past it' to strive for something better looks wise. I saw Emily who was very patient, I really didn't know what I wanted. Emily explained potential avenues for treatment explaining the pros and cons clearly. I decided upon my treatment and Emily couldn't have been more professional or supportive. I was not only impressed with Emily but the clinic has a warm and welcoming vibe. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering a little touch up!

To be honest, I was a tad nervous about coming in. I am a big lady and I don't take care of my skin or myself as well as i should. The lady with the darker hair that met me at the door was lovely. Emily was absolutely fantastic, no judgement and really took the time to listen to and understand my concerns. From there she came up with a treatment plan that suited my budget and gave me a skin regime start me out. Fantastic service and as soon as my skin clears I will be booking in with Emily to start my treatments!

Vamp is awesome! Angelo and the ladies fit me in the day I rang wanting a little tweak (less than 2 weeks before christmas too). My hair appt elsewhere went over time by 2 hours and they STILL got me in! Really appreciate you all!
