Absolutely good honest service, people don't appreciate the wine selection given to "parramatta" and what customers are like in that area. Nathan look outside before you walk in, you're clearly a visitor with privileges.

Employee and customer were having an audibly racist conversation with very little sensitivity.
Shelves are also poorly organised

The service is basic here, the focus is on getting money in the till.
Handily located, that's why I sometimes use it. Don't like navigating the nearby Westfield to find the bottle shops there.

Real nice guy holding down the whole store. Found a wine that was very hard to find one the North Shore. Parking was great, right behind the store. Unfortunately, store front blocked by construction of Parramatta Light Rail.

The staff have zero customer relation skills. Will not go back there anymore. Better to just buy at Liquorland or BWS were price is cheaper and you also get points.

Also, after reading some of the reviews here. I have noticed that there is a pattern of complaints. "Racist and Rude". That is 100% true. The worst liquor store I had ever visited. Please do not support this business.

Very rude staff.

Was in there for 2 minutes and was told to hurry up because I was "browsing". During that time the server was constantly staring at me.

Also, closes very early. Alcohol is an evening drink, why does this place close at 7pm! Any decent bottle shop should close at the earliest of 9pm.

Go to another place, this one isn't being run very well, and it seems like they do not want customers!

Very rude behaviour, totally impolite to women. My wife was there buying some wine with another woman in there and they asked 'where can i find x' to which he responded, din't i tell you once?

For some funny reason, at the same very instance he was very polite and lovely with specific people in the shop which points to behaving in a specific way to a targeted audience. WHY?

Absolutely fed up with the staff that are running this place. They are so rude and have no customer/people relation skills whatsoever. I advise you all DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Rude & Racist owner. Saw him deal with other customers and was very rude to them and made snarky comments. After they left he made comments about their ethnicity which is disgusting. Will never come back here again.

Great location to just pop down from hotels near by if you just want to grab a drink. Staff are friendly and knolagable.

Fantastic selection of drinks that are hard to get elsewhere, ie Baltika, Balkan wines, Wolf Blass Riesling

This place happened to be the closest to our hotel, so that’s where we went. The staff were friendly and patient with all our questions. WD ended up trying something new and quite liked the suggestions. Lied their choice of whiskey and knowledge too.

It's a small place and they sell things that are hard to come by in other places. Greek and Georgian wine, Polish vodka, plum brandy and so on. Not a very impressive range of beer. Service varies depending on the person working that day.

Robert was amazing. Certainly knows his wine. Definitely has gone above and beyond for customer service.

Robert at Valore Cellers is great! He interacts well wirh customers he knows his wine's and goes beyond regular customer service.

Staff had no idea about what I was asking and I didn't feel like searching for too long as I felt unwelcome. Will stick to the well known places from now on.

Great selection, amazing prices & specials, friendly staff, a great bottle-o! What more could you want!

Great place with appropriate support to get very specific alcohol you can't find anywhere else.

Very friendly, great service, great variety, even better they are cheaper than dan Murphy and all other mainstream business
