Absolutely cracking business. Professional, very competitive pricing. Knowledgeable staff. I had a fair amount of work done fitting out my new D-Max. Tyres, rims, lift kit, and wheel alignment. Nothing was a problem. They kept me in the loop about how the work was progressing. For any mechanical needs, do yourself a favour and go see these guys first. You won't need to go anywhere else i guarantee it.

In the area on holidays, I noticed a nail in my tyre on the public holiday! Phoned up the next day and they was able to fit me in for a tyre patch the same day. Very reasonable quote and done punctually at the time booked and within the quoted time frame. The cool waiting area was welcome on a hot day. All tyres were blackened and wheels polished too. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I bought a new tyre and they didn’t put it on. I left the place with the old one. I didn’t realise until a few days later when I got around to putting the spare tyre back in the boot.

I’ve been an owner driver on concrete trucks for 28 years. Came in this morning to start work at 6.30am and found 3 flat tyres on the same drive axle so no way I could drive it to be repaired on a very busy day. I called Greg at Valley Tyres 6.45 and he had the mobile unit to me in 15 minutes, the fellers were very professional, polite, quick and efficient with job done and back on the road 7.45. Very impressive. Never had service like that from any other company Thank you.

Thursday 25 August 2022. I’m a new resident in Aberglasslyn trying to get all the paperwork done and dusted for our move. My invalid husband and I are in our 60’s and I’m his full time carer, so I do all the hard yards. While finding myself in Greenhills, I glanced down at the GPS on the phone in the console. When I looked back at the road, Council had built a high kerb around a traffic island, between Norfolk Street and Molly Morgan Drive, right in front of my way which I tried to avoid. It blew ‘OUT’ not one but two tyres on the driver’s side! Needles to mention, I needed a tow truck. Jax tyres didn’t have two the same to fit the vehicle and suggested Valley Tyres. Valley Tyres would do it IF I could get there by 4: 30pm. The tow was notified of my case as a priority, he worked at record speed to get me there. Thanks So Much Mick. The clock was not in our favour and I would have to leave the car there, then find my own way home without the grocerie.
Valley Tyres we’re VERY helpful, kind and considerate toward me, when two staff stayed back to replace the tyres, changing the left ones to the back and place two new ones on the front, all within half an hour, I was back on the road to home.
Thank you SO MUCH, Nathan and team, for your help, service, courtesy, and professionalism.
I will DEFINITELY be getting my tyres them from now on.

Went in for a blue slip, mechanic had absolutely no idea, couldn’t understand he needed to do a manual bluelslip as the trailer was old and had a conversion number issued, told me it was stolen pulled it out and dumped it on the gutter damaging the drawbar.

Transport NSW have been informed that your bluelslip mechanic isn’t suitably trained and they are reviewing his license.

Excellent service, they were super helpful after we got a very flat and damaged tyre. Professional and courteous.well priced too.

These guys are great. Every time I've had to get something done the answer was always yes even when busy as hell and the wait was never excessive unless you were trying to get new tires a week from Christmas or something equally crazy. Right down to the youngest looking guy in the place they are friendly, knowledgeable and if they don't know then they ask. Just what you want. See you again soon.

Today (10-05-2022) I have to wait almost 1hr for it which is all process normally takes Maximum 20 minutes for majority mechanics hope you guys improve that issue! Otherwise everything was great in the workplace!

Absolutely hopeless! Would never return or recommend.

My wife went in to get her blown out tyre replaced, they come up to her and said the job was finished so she payed for it and went to drive out to then find they still have the space saver on and the blown tyre still in the boot untouched.

She then returned home after they finally finished the job almost 2 hours later and couldn’t find her keys, after searching for an hour to find it we finally located them ON THE WINDSCREEN!

Went in for a last minute rego check and tyre repair. Great service and staff
Will definitely be back!
