After living in the same property for over 8 years, owner wanted to sell and we were evicted. Fair enough.
However, after countless phone calls and emails spanning 4 months after, we, and all agents looking for our reference have been ignored. 8 years of tenancy history down the drain because they won't provide a reference and now homeless with 2 children. Terrible company and have never had anything nice to say about them.

Also, if you rent through them, they sent me a cleaning check list for my inspections that was a bond cleaning list including having the carpets professionally done. Ridiculous

Am very happy the way Sophie has handled the sale of my property.
