Food and desserts are fantastic! They're always busy which shows how good the food and service is.

Good food, caters to different tastes with a vast menu. Highlight is definitely the desserts.

Attentive service and amazing desserts. Desserts were creative and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back - the desserts were a hit with the adults and the kids.

A regular hangout spot for the locals. It's a diverse crowd with couples, groups of friends, and families all enjoying their time here.
What surprised me the most was the food; it was excellent! The quality and presentation exceeded my expectations for a place like this, and I was thoroughly impressed.
The staff were friendly, and the cleanliness of the establishment was noticeable. Overall, my experience at V Lounge was fantastic.

Nice service, vibe and atmosphere. Menu had a variety of meals, snacks, desserts and drinks. Note there are some surcharges and ordering conditions for groups.

I haven’t been here back for a while but without a fail everytime I have been here I end up having terrible upset stomach after having their fried ice cream and I’m not even lactose intolerant.

As an intensive care nurse I’m a bit confused as how a medical report would be suffice in this situation. I have never been to hospital for food poisoning, if I was severely dehydrated perhaps I would. There could be multiple reasons as the ice cream itself might not be the issue. I have always had mains as well as different deserts and I have always been sick afterwards just to clarify and our friends who have dined with us.

The food is outstanding! They have always improved throughout time! I would honestly give 5 stars but theres been a few time when the waiters give rude service or they purposely show on their faces they don’t wanna be there.
Especially Sunday mornings, I was waiting over 5mins at the counter to get served and it wasn’t busy. Lady come from the toilet without apologising. All I wanted to order was an acai bowl, she replies bluntly “Theres NO Açai Bowl”

The food is so delicious, the service is excellent, i always receive my order quickly.staff are so nice and friendly.prices are great. 10/10 definitely recommend, must visit!

OMG, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to, the food was amazing, staff were so nice and the food is put at a reasonable price. There’s a wide variety of different fusion food choices to pick from, I took so long picking my order because I wanted to order everything at that point. The food came out so quickly like the flash and came out piping hot. The desserts are so aesthetically pleasing mainly the bingsu they have, I just had to post it on my socials The music in the restaurant was such a vibe as well, definitely set the mood. Parking is so easy as well since there’s a parking lot right BELOW the restaurant.
Definitely would come back and so SHOULD YOU

Food and drinks here are always amazing especially the coffees, I often get the steak sandwich and chicken schnitzel meals and always taste amazing, Service was great staff were incredibly welcoming

My partner and I had dinner a couple of times here. We really like the food! It's fresh, quick service and yummy!

Although, please as a regular customer the customer service is horrible nowadays.like bad it's been decreasing the quality of the service from the foh and waiter's

(the guy wearing glasses is the only one that's is polite and friendly). Unfortunately, we had a bad experience.the waiter did not talk at all.we asked for the menu she dropped it on the table on the corner.desert spoon on the corner so far away didn't even say anything.the foh woman that night just dropped the entrees in the middle giving us really bad attitude.we literally were so polite saying thank you to them.we were quiet shock!
Shame the place has really good food but the service so bad!

We felt like we were going to Karen's dinner service (no talking) but attitude.

We’ve been going to V lounge for years & have never really had an issue until today. Ordered a dish from the menu that was listed at $22 - the dish was not as pictured or described, we were missing one of the ingredients but ignored it as we figured the kitchen was busy & it was an honest mistake. When paying we were charged $29. When we asked about it, we were told that the prices on the menu were not updated. However, their website reflected the same prices as the menu. The waitress stated that the price increase is usually informed when ordering, despite that not being the case for us. There was no attempt to rectify the issue & the fact that the prices were misleading due to the hidden costs. Just wondering how many other times we may have had to pay more than intended as this is the first time we had asked for a receipt. Just really disappointed.

Best local place to get decent Good portion food. Just read a comment about a bingsu not being icecream. Which was pretty sad as they should probly search up what a bingsu is. Over all greatplace with rules that they follow strickly. Will be back

Perfect. I ordered dessert at night, and when I open, it’s beautiful with decorations inside. Try it if you eat at home.

Came here as we were looking for dessert as we drove further out into the west on a trip, and I was only mediocrely satisfied. We had their red velvet pancakes, mango bings, and an iced coffee. The pancakes were probably the best dish here, being presented really nicely, and tasting just as good as it looks. The only downside was the choice of bubblegum ice cream, which was incredibly questionable. Perhaps we were given an option to choose but I don’t remember being asked, regardless, I’m shocked that it wasn’t simply vanilla ice cream. The mango bingsu was an utter letdown unfortunately. I was under the impression that it was ice cream, let me reiterate that, ice cream, not sorbet. It was a very icy shaved mango sorbet that felt more like I was eating a slushy out of a bowl. Bingsu is traditionally known as a milk-based dessert so the obscurity of not naming it as a mango sorbet, but a mango and cream bingsu (which also looked nothing like the images) is extremely disappointing.

Im sure their other desserts would be tasty as well, proven by how the pancakes were, but the experience here was simply unsatisfying.

An inconvenience, you may need orders at the counter if you're seated outside - there seem to be no floor staff.

Great dessert place. Went here for some post lunch dessert on a Saturday. Love that they have a dog friendly outdoor area, not easy to find that nearby.

Plating and serving of all the food was generous and great:) Highly recommend the crispy enoki mushrooms. Mango Bingsu tasted okay but no real mango. Still enjoyable though. Looking forward to try their other menu items!

Ordered chicken schnitzel with Uber eats, it comes with fries and salad. The chicken and mushroom was the only best thing, unfortunately the fries were very over seasoned extremely salty and they also served me moldy salad I will attached photos. I use to eat at this place alot a few years ago, hopefully they do check their produce before serving food to customers as I dont normally review.

Had 2 meals - bosciola (amazing) and another.

They stood out, reasonably priced, n quick service.

The food there is great and filling and worth the priced nicely. The meals come athestically pleasing, especially the Bingsu when they make it when you finish your mains. It gets quite busy sometimes.
