Recently shattered the rear windscreen of our car and bent the rear wind screen wiper motor bracket. I contacted the authorised suburu service centre on two separate occasions. They simply took down my details and never followed up. After several days of waiting (and our car with the fitted baby seat being parked in the garage), I decided to contact Urgent Windscreen Repair and Replacement and several other competitors. Urgent Windscreen was simple the best of the lot.

Steven came over to my house the following day! He did an amazing job. He was very professional and thorough. He cleaned all the shattered glass that had gone into small crevices inside the back door panel. He replaced the glass, and at no extra charge fixed the bent wiper motor bracket. That would have cost me several hundred dollars at the authorised service centres.

Fantastic service, and will absolutely call again if I need any auto glass related work.

Although I had 2 chips that I have requested the quote for, he found many smaller chips (like another 4 very small ones), all were repaired with the same exact pricing for the first 2 chips, not one penny more. Very very respectful, I would highly recommend his service.
