Just had a new roof fitted under insurance by Urban Storm, work done by Teddy and crew and just a simple process, easy to deal with and kept everyone in the loop.

Well Urban Storm knocked on my door in 2018 I said no to the request, I then looked them up and saw decent reviews. I had forgotten about it, and I had quotes for $40k to fix my roof, ouch. We put a claim in with AAMI for a leaking sky light which they denied.

Another knock on the door from Urban Storm this time I changed my mind, of course you can check my roof. They informed me that I had serious damage from the 2018 hailstorm and would be able to make a claim for me.

I signed up straight away and a few months later I have a completely new roof. The whole team have been amazing from the people we dealt with and the team that put the roof on, saving me 40 large ones.

I will admit I did think it was too good to be true in 2018, but I was wrong, I now have a sparkling new roof, they even moved my solar panels off and on the roof, which I would of have to of done myself or paid someone $5K+. Very Happy customer.

What can I say about these guys? They are AMAZING. I cannot thank you enough at UrbanStorm for your professional and prompt service. I would easily employ them again if ever needed.

Don't use this company. They owe us money for a product they did not fit and now won't reply to our e-mails or phone contact.

I was first introduced to Jamie who did an awesome job on his initial inspection of my damaged roof.then i met Shae who was a delight contacting me of the progress of my claim. Mitch is a pleasant fellow to deal with always listening to me when things went wrong never complaining, just got the job done. There were plenty of laughs. With Covid it has been changeling to say the least. He also kept me informed of progress all through to the end. Would recommend UrbanStorm to my friends and family no hesitation. G

The roof Restoration done by Urban Storm was completed in a very efficient manner and the workmanship is great. I requested a couple of extras and the workmen were happy to go that bit more to ensure I was happy with the repairs. At the completion the whole area was tided up and left clean and tidy. I highly recommend them. The whole process from the initial free quote, the way the lovely ladies at Assess Direct delt with my insurance provider on my behalf and now to the completion of works has been so easy and hassle free. Whenever I have had any question regarding the works covered by insurance to the extra work that i requested, both Matt and Dev have been more than happy to help me out. The contractors that do the works are good guys to deal with and I had no concerns about leaving them here to work while I was away.
